Barcelona 3-hour Bike or E-Bike Tour: Highlights and Hidden Gems

Description
A fun, laid-back bike tour that gives you a great overview of Barcelona’s amazing architecture, history and street culture. Through your local guide, you will experience Barcelona from its beaches to its back streets, monumental buildings to its bodegas, and from its Roman ruins to its romantic hideaways. The Barcelona Bike tour is the best way to see this fabulous city. The tour takes approximately 3 hours, the bikes are comfortable and easy to ride, even for inexperienced cyclists who don’t know a handlebar from a tapas bar. Groups are small (max 10 per group) so it’s friendly and intimate, there’s time to talk, take photos and enjoy all the amazing sights. This is a great activity for families, as the tour is suitable for all ages. Child seats are available. Safety first: we use 90% bike lanes and pedestrianised streets.

This historic square is believed to be where Christopher Columbus was received by Queen Isabella and King Ferdinand upon his return from the Americas.
Located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, this cathedral is a blend of Gothic and Neo-Gothic architecture and a great stop to better understand Barcelona’s medieval history and religious life.
Modernisme at its finest, and proof that Barcelona’s architectural brilliance goes far beyond Gaudí.
Unlike traditional triumphal arches, this monument celebrates progress rather than victory, marking the entrance to Barcelona’s 1888 Universal Exhibition.
Created for the 1888 World’s Fair, once a military fortress, the area was transformed into a public park featuring tree-lined paths, a boating lake, and the Cascada Monumental fountain. This is also the perfect place to relax in the gardens, take photos, and enjoy a refreshing drink.

Vincent is a great guide. He gave us a lot of good recommendations and helped us to learn the history of the city. Highly recommended. It's a very chill bike tour
I enjoyed going around the city by bike, felt like we went all over different areas, along with history & background. I felt it was great value for borh the time and money to see so much of Barcelona, and giving ideas of where to spend further time.
Excellent overview of Barcelona. Vincent did a great job of adjusting the route based on what I had already seen. He made many recommendations of things to see and do. His knowledge of Barcelona history and highlights was great. I recommend this tour as an introduction to Barcelona
We had a nice tour!!! Highly recommend . The guide was very good and easy to understand about the history. We took e-bike and someone who wants to do more exercise doesn’t need e-bike . All the way is flat.
Best way to see the city. So much fun and you get to see all the sites. Only way to travel around … bikes good quality and your guide very educational
The tour was going great until the guide left half if us behind at a red light. He kept saying not to worry about that type of situation as he would wait, but then when it did happen, he didn't. The tour company called my phone and said I got lost. I didn't get lost, I was left behind. Those are two very different things. Make sure you know where the end point is as it is not the meeting point, and have the ability to navigate there.
We’re really sorry that this happened at the end of the tour and understand how frustrating it must have been to find yourself separated from the group. That said, we do feel that a 2-star review is quite unfair and doesn’t reflect the overall experience, especially as you mentioned yourself that the tour was going great until this point. The separation happened right at the end of the tour, and as soon as we realised there was an issue, our team contacted you and did everything we could to locate you and help you reach the correct end point. We absolutely take responsibility for reviewing what happened with the guide and making sure the group is kept together and the final meeting point is clearly communicated. At the same time, we hope it is also recognised that our team did not ignore the situation — we actively tried to help and resolve it as soon as we became aware of it. We’re genuinely sorry that this happened, but we feel that the 2-star rating is disproportionate to what was otherwise, by your own account, a very good tour.
We went site visiting and it was good experience.
My friends and I had such a good time on this bike tour! Thought our guide, Brittany, was super friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was pretty on time and simple. I thought the experience and length of the tour made price worth it, too, bc it was truly immersive & robust. Definitely a great experience and would recommend!
Great way to explore the city. Having a guide show us around the city and neighbourhoods on a bike made sight seeing extra special. We were able to see more riding around and even get to explore areas I wouldn’t have done on my own. Our guide was great, gave us lots of information not only on the top attractions but also on bike rules around Barcelona. Much appreciated.
We loved this bike tour! One of the best ones I have been on. It’s a great way to see a lot of the city and makes the heat bearable in the summer.
