Safety should not be neglected
Two remarks:
- high price, I paid half as much for equal quality this summer in the provinces
- safety: circuit to be done independently (normal). The helmet is a paid option. I think the site should make it mandatory as often observed
The course includes 2 jumps into the void: it relies on a reinforced safety device, in 3 stages, explained via a briefing. I am not questioning the quality of the briefing and the professionalism of the staff.
This jump into the void assumes NO errors in setting up the device. The risk must be ZERO. Is a briefing sufficient? If the client hooks themselves up poorly under the pressure of the void...
The park should not take any risks and should make a person available to help and correctly attach the safety system next to the clients.
You do not play with safety.

Good atmosphere and beautiful courses
We came to Accrocamp Saint Germain at the end of August as a family. Very warm welcome, good atmosphere and the courses are perfect for entertaining children and adults. My children aged 10 and 12 came home delighted even though they initially thought that it would be less good than the Chaville adventure camp that we know well and that we also love. THANKS!

Good hooker, some reservations about the Tarzan jump.
We can park for free on rue Jeanne d'Arc, it compensates for the lack of dedicated parking.
We're having a good time. Too bad that the tarzan jump (reception on a vertical net) caused injuries (rubbing on the shins and bleeding on the shins).
Quickjumping (which you do once the 4 red courses are over) is a good experience where you have to overcome your fear and jump into the void. Having said that, the reception area is poorly calibrated, I landed at the limit and then tipped backwards and made a flat back, fortunately without gravity and without hitting the head.

Fantastic experience
This experience was incredible! The entrance was a little difficult to find in the park, but once we were there our kids (4, 5, 7, & 10) had an amazing time! Instructors were very helpful and then the kids can choose which courses they want to go on. Highly recommended!

Catastrophic anniversary organization
We booked 1 month in advance for the birthday of our son and his 8 friends. We tried several times to reach Accrocamp St Germain en laye to ask about the organization but no one ever answered. When we showed up and at the time of booking with the written confirmation received by email, the receptionist informed us that they had not booked a table not knowing how many children were participating in the event. This information was specified on the reservation and no one tried to contact us to confirm. As a result, the team set us up on the only table that remained in the open area, in full sun. The receptionist did not seem to care about the situation, and when we pointed out that we had sought to call them to confirm, she replied “I am not answering the phone” without seeking to apologize or find a suitable solution. Deplorable. After welcoming all the children, when we wanted to equip them, we had to wait 45 min with other groups in an anarchic queue in contact with overwhelmed and irritated staff. An endless wait for the children and wasted playtime, giving the impression of a calamitous organization and dismal management. What is the point of booking a birthday under these conditions?

Hang on with the family!
We went with family, several routes are proposed for the little ones to the biggest. The rate is quite expensive for the activity.
We are briefed on the rules by group and video and then again by a facilitator on the use of the material.
Then we do the free courses and each one separately.
The staff is friendly.
Since this is an outdoor activity, there is no need to wear a mask.

Absolutely awesome family activity!
Great afternoon with the family, the kids had a great time, just like us adults. Nice setting, close to urban concrete. Very good outing to do!
