Laura is an excellent guide, very kind, attentive, and has a lot of knowledge about the wine process, since as I understood the explanation in Spanish and English, I noticed that she added even more details about the process than the winery guide when translating things into English. The only thing is that the lunch time was very early (before 1:00 PM).
