Amazing tour and guide! So sweet and helpful
Educational and pleasant trip with very cute guide. Authentic and nice experience for everyone in the family from 11-50+ years.
Shimon was very knowledgeable and friendly, and spoke impeccable English. He invited conversation, which made the tour even more interesting, more like walking with a friend. He brought the history of the Imperial palace and the Edo period to life. The gardens were beautiful and the buildings were fascinating. I would definitely recommend this tour to others!
Nice walk around the gardens and old fort, but the palace itself isn’t open to visitors. Amazing stonework.
Wonderful time, Nozomi was amazing.
We had a very Personal and fun walk through the imperial gardens with our guide. Turns out he had a lot in common with our 20-something sons, so the 3 of them exchanged thoughts on things that are relevant to them in life. In between there was a bit of history and lots of cultural insights. We thoroughly enjoyed the time with our guide. His knowledge and enthusiasm more than made up for the fact that the agency missed our reservation, so we had to wait 40 minutes for the guide to arrive. Ultimately it was no problem at all.
