The QR code wasn't available on time. So I loose the last tickets and no possibility to recover money.
The QR code arrive with delay that lead to use only two from three set of tickets. And no possibility to recover the money.
Amazing, you can experience in many area using this pass. Your cost for transportation will be lower. I redeem to physic ticket in shinjuku station.
Pass worked. However, be aware that buying through this agency is almost double the actual cost of the pass. Additionally, I had not received the pass one day before use date, as indicated when purchasing. I messaged them and they sent it within a few hours, but it caused some stress. If you must buy ahead of time, better to purchase from Klook.
This makes it so easy to buy Tokyo Metro passes since they don’t accept cards at the stations. All you do is scan the voucher barcode on one of the gray machines and it prints your ticket for you to use for either 1, 2, or 3 days. The tickets are good from when you first run them through a ticket barrier. It would be nice if you could select the number of days I was in Tokyo for 10 days and purchased 3 3-day tickets during my stay and didn’t need one for the last day due to the timing of when they were activated.
Overall this was an easy way to get a multi day pass for the subway. 2 minor things would have made it better. 1. I received communication from Viator that the QR code needed to redeem the pass would be sent the day before the date I selected. At 6pm on the evening before, I still hadn't received it so sent a message to the supplier. They responded quickly that the QR code would be sent later that night I wish they would include that info in the description/details of the listing. 2. There are often multiple different types of ticket machines at a lot of the stations, especially the bigger ones with multiple lines . I was eventually able to figure it out by the QR scanner, but it would be helpful to include a picture in either the listing details or in the communication that is sent with the QR code Not big issues but I think they would help others
