From the operator’s live schedule on Viator, checked Oct 20.
Machu Picchu is an Inca city surrounded by temples, platforms and water channels, built on the top of a mountain. Its construction was built with large blocks of stone joined together, without the use of amalgam. It is considered a cultural heritage of humanity as it is recognized as an important political, religious and administrative center of the Inca period. In order to visit Machu Picchu, Inca Rail has three starting points: The San Pedro stations in Cusco, Poroy and Ollantaytambo from which you can board the train of your choice bound for the Machu Picchu Pueblo station. Likewise, it offers its Bimodal service which combines a trip in the exclusive bus, departing from Av. El Sol 843 to Ollantaytambo to board the train to Machu Picchu Pueblo. Available all year round. Between January and April it is suggested to leave with the Bimodal service because due to weather conditions it will not be possible to leave from the San Pedro and Poroy train stations.

This was an incredible experience and I recommend it to everyone! The guide Victor Coavoy was perfect, he knew how to explain everything well and above all, he knew how to speak Portuguese, which added a lot to my experience!
IncaRail made sure that my trip was organized, comfortable and fun! The itinerary was easy to understand and they provided me with all the tickets and information I needed. The guide they provided, Julio, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and did not rush us at all during the Machu Picchu tour. I highly recommend Inca Rail!
Regarding the transfer, they should come to pick you up exactly at the address. I would like to highlight the guide Victor Coavoy Cahuana, who was excellent in his explanations; he had a lot of patience and very good willingness for all our questions and requests.
Amazing! The best part was the Machu Picchu visit with Julio - every detail and information came with a notable passion and made the experience x100000000 better!
Incredible experience! Even before traveling, the attention and advice from Mariapaz Cordero helped me put together an unforgettable trip. Everything was impeccable!!!
Overpriced and incompetent. Problems at every step of the way, culminating in a 3 hour delay. Absolutely useless staff who were just blaming the competitor company for causing the delay and not taking any responsibility. Absolutely pathetic, would not go anywhere near them.
The entire service was excellent, our guide Maria Ricalde was excellent!!!!
Victor A. Coaroy Cahuana is very attentive, besides that, a great photographer, he knew how to take breaks to catch his breath and answered all our questions promptly. The train is beautiful and comfortable.
The guide Mijael was spectacular. The overall experience was the best. Always accompanied and with professionals who made us feel comfortable.
