Swim with Turtles Rarotonga - Guided Turtle Tour

What a special experience. Louisa and Mark and their team were awesome. Friendly, clear communication, expert, a lovely fruit feed at the end - and oh, crack camera operators with the go-pro so we have pics and video to remember. We loved every second. Meitaki Ocean Toa team!

An unreal experience with a group of professionals that made sure everything was taken care of and also made it so fun

This tour was EXCELLENT!!! Regan, Blake and Mark are exceptional! We truly had the smallest group out of all the tour there. My mom, who has never been snorkeling or used the equipment, had the time of her life. Regan pulled her around on a floaty and made sure she saw all the things! There were only 3 of us on the tour. Blake was a great guide and photographer! Getting the best shots!! I cannot recommend this tour enough! The guys were so amazing and kind! The fresh fruit after was a nice way to end the tour! Thank you so much!

My 2 sisters, my husband and I went on this tour. Correspondence and location clearly explained. The staff were A+ - our ages ranged from 68 - 82 and the staff were extremely helpful - very caring, helped where needed, and all done with amazing patience and smiles. They took amazing photos and had snacks etc available at end. This company only appears to take groups of 8 which was so beneficial and far more personal, especially when watching large groups of 20+ going out. Our staff ratio was 1 staff member per 2 or 3 participants - thus the great care and experience they provided. The only downside was that we had come from Queensland, Australia, so we found the water temp VERY cold - totally our doing and not this wonderful company’s problem. BIG THANKS to all the staff. everything about this was an amazing day, but most of all it was the team...and of course the turtles AND rays! Super nice people, really helpful, fun and knew the ocean like the back of their hands, we felt totally at ease, we got to see so many turtles and even a huge school of rays... Thank you so much team Toa, you were the best

This was great. Mark informed everyone what was happening and what equipment { which was supplied if needed) would be required. This is a small group which they specialise in and there was a small team of guides. While snorkelling, they kept an eye on everyone and pointed out the turtles and other species, This was all photographed and videoed which you received a copy of.

Ocean Toa exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I am a 76 yr old Aussie woman. I felt in very safe hands with Mark, Louisa and their team. There was one lifeguard per two people. I was lucky enough to have a strong young man named Regan with me throughout. What a thrill it was when a huge turtle known as "Big Mama" surfaced right beside me. Of course, we saw other smaller Turtles as well. I plan on going with Ocean Toa again next year for a."Twice in a Lifetime" experience.

I was thrilled with my experience. Mark, Louisa and their team are wonderful. I am a 76 year old Aussie. I had lifeguard Regan with me throughout and I felt very safe with him. We were a group of 10 with 5 lifeguards. I will always remember this experience but I hope to go again next year with Ocean Toa. A huge turtle known as "Big Mama" surfaced right beside me. I have had many adventures during my lifetime but this one tops my list.

Appreciated to delay the tour for an hour to experience the best possible due to wind and getting a low tide. As we were unable to rebook. Staff fantastic. Appreciated Teddy rounding up my husband as he was off finding his own turtles to watch. Just a special experience to remember Rarotonga.
