Ariki Adventures: Premium Sea Scooter Turtle Adventure

I would highly recommend this sea scooter tour. It was absolutely amazing I swam next to turtles and zipped through the water looking around at all the beautiful marine life. It was my favourite activity. You don’t have to be an experienced diver or snorkeler, just confident in the water. It is so much fiun and the staff are wonderful they make sure you are safe at all times. Don’t think twice about just do it you won’t regret it. Meitaki Ariki Tours.

We had the best time snorkelling with Ariki! I started feeling a little nauseous and Tsu immediately noticed and came to check on me. He stayed with me for the remainder of the tour and I ended up having a fantastic time. He pointed out manta rays and turtles and although I wasn’t feeling 100% thanks to Tsu I didn’t miss seeing anything, thank you to him for his kindness. The whole team were lovely, highly recommend. Vis was fantastic water was lovely and not too cold.

The current at the snorkeling site was pretty strong but the company had plenty of people to help everybody, even if you’re not a strong swimmer. I felt very safe and the staff was excellent. We saw lots of turtles and rays. It did get a bit crowded in the snorkeling area.

Without a doubt the best experience whilst in Rarotonga - maybe even in my life! The crew were honest with us in that the lagoon/passage was a bit rough on the day we went and urged caution if we weren't stronger swimmers, but I am so glad we went out. Some chose to re-book for another day, and it didn't seem an issue to do so, but as we were leaving Rarotonga the next day, it was either chance it or get a refund. We went out, and it was honestly incredible. I never felt unsafe and the guides were all super helpful and friendly. The sea scooters are really easy to use, and the gear provided is excellent. You get your own personal photographer, who captures everything for you. There is no need to take your own camera/GoPro. The main attraction, the turtles did not disappoint, and we were even lucky enough to see hundreds of eagle rays, as well as all the amazing species of tropical fish. I cannot recommend this experience enough. I will be back one day. I loved it.

The ARIKI team were amazing from their amazing flexibility and professional approach and their guides and what we saw was amazing from start to finish and the go pro pics are so so so so good. We booked online, looked at the weather and picked the best day that we could while we were visiting. Received good comms email back and turned up and everything went very smoothly with check in. The experience was amazing a highlight of our time on Rarotonga and the crew were fantastic and we felt very safe and awesome guides to have around us in what can be a challenging environment. Highly recommend.

The description did not explain that you need to swim to the reef however if your fitness level is good it is a perfect tour for seeing turtles, rays and colourful fish. Guides are excellent and ensure your safety. Photography great.

Totally amazing. I wanted to go but I was nervous and it was very much outside my comfort zone. The team at Ariki Adventures were informative and very supportive to help me get over my fears. Incredible experience seeing the turtles, fish, coral and underwater world. The sea scooters definitely the way to go and worth paying the extra to go with Ariki with the seas scooters to get you along
