With Tamarindo Surf & Tours you'll have two hours of fun living the local, Costa Ricain surf experience you've been dreaming about. Your instructor will give you plenty of instruction and tips both in and out of the water for you to get very good chances of catching plenty of waves. We guarantee you will enjoy your lesson with us. Surfing is all about having fun and living in the moment, and that is our number one goal for you. - Lockers, showers, bathroom and changing room available. - Lessons are available in English, and Spanish. - You can easily meet your instructor at our surf shop Tamarindo Surf & Tours. - Surfboards and rash guards are provided, so there's no need to rent them. - This experience is suitable for all ages and skill levels, and children are welcome. - Your guide will be informative, friendly, and professional. My daughters had their first surf lesson in French with Daniel, whom I highly recommend. Very nice and gives good advice.

Great surf lessons for our family of four
They are excellent teachers, very patient, articulate, enthusiastic and motivational. We all were surfing within 30 minutes. Really enjoyed it. We were a family of four, with two teenage boys, and they all loved it. We booked for two days and got alot of sitting done. They kept adjusting it as we progressed which was nice. Highly recommended. Jayden and Isaac were our surf instructors. The best.

Great activity for a surfing introduction.
So much fun to tryout surfing with my son. A very interesting experience in French to really understand the basics of surfing.

Junior was a good instructor. It was a good setting with nice sized waves for learners. Definitely recommend!

Amazing for first timers!
A local surf school that accomodated our schedule mishap. Surf instructor Jayden was amazing with his instructions and gave a lively, friendly vibe to our first surf experience! Great value for money.

Best surf in Tamarindo
We had an amazing surf lesson with Jayden! He first went through the basics on the beach where we all had to try a few times before we went out into the water. We all managed to get on the board and recommend anyone who can to book a surf lesson with Tamarindo surf & tours!
