Please find your way to Pico Bistro. You can park in the parking lot adjacent if necessary. Next to Pico and in front of the parking, you will see the lifeguard tower. We are the surf school to the left of the lifeguard tower (if you are facing the water).
Description
With Sea Native Surf Co, you will get the local, Costa Rican surf experience you’ve been dreaming about. Our instructors are all native to the area, and each one has endless knowledge about the surf. We are known for our good vibes, Pura Vida mentality, and our passion for surfing. Surfing is all about having fun and living in the moment, and that is our number one goal for you. We guarantee you will enjoy your lesson with us.
We are in Tamarindo Beach, one of the best beaches to learn to surf in the world!
Whether you’ve never surfed in your life, or you have some experience, we will curate a lesson to your skill level and goals. With our thoughtful coaching, we can help you succeed no matter what you wish to accomplish.

Beware of this scam
Total scam ,made the reservation online and the instructor never showed up , asked for a refund and they say I wasn't at the correct spot . Poor customer service and worst communication. Avoid

Highly recommend
Super attentive, professional, patient and friendly instructors. They worked with my 17 year old daughter and my 16 year old son. We booked a second day to a different beach for bigger waves and the service was excellent

Surf lessons in Costa Rica….tamarindo beach
Tamarindo beach surf by Randall…was amazing. Beto our instructor was awesome ! He was a great teacher and really made it an awesome and enjoyable experience!
Everything was nice and extremely professional!

We had an amazing...
We had an amazing experience with our surf lesson! The instructor was incredibly patient, encouraging, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped onto the beach. They explained everything clearly, focused on safety, and made learning so much fun. By the end of the lesson, we were standing up on the board and riding waves. We would absolutely book another lesson!

Excellent
Really good. The instructor was great with my nine-year-old daughter, he was patient and spent over two hours with her helping her learn to surf. She had the best time ever.

Family fun!
What a fun experience! We were a family of 4 and even though the weather was not the best, the guides did a great job! All of us were able to stand up atleast once. It was great, and would definitely recommend !

Large family
We had 6 first time surfers in our family. They did an amazing job, they prepared to have plenty of instructors on hand who spoke English enough to communicate effectively with our kids. Speaking of, our 4 older teen to adult kids had a blast. Thank you again for a wonderful morning surf.

Great instruction with no store front
The location is just on a beach under and awning with a few surfboards. Just one instructor when we were there but he was fantastic. Didn't do a lot of explanation initially just got you in the water quickly but did stay the whole 2 hours was a great instructor. Both are ladies were able to get up and surf and had a great time. No place to wash off your feet. No lockers. They just watched the stuff for you.
