Stargazing in Teide National Park

Everything was communicated well and clearly beforehand and we received a nice explanation in the evening. We had a great evening!

It is worth observing the stars with a telescope in one of the best skies in the world and Roberto is a great professional, he shows you the stars, galaxies, nebulae etc... I definitely recommend it.

Absolutely amazing stargazing experience — without a doubt, the highlight of our trip! ✨🌌 We attended last night, as a family of 4 with 2 children. Our guide, Roberto, was incredible. He was so knowledgeable, personable, welcoming and friendly, with a genuine enthusiasm for the stars and our solar system that made the whole evening truly special. He explained everything beautifully and made it fascinating and easy to understand. Roberto went above and beyond, bringing blankets, chocolate and water for everyone, and making sure we were all comfortable throughout the evening. He gave everyone plenty of opportunities to look through the telescope, take photos, ask questions and really understand what we were seeing. His passion and knowledge were infectious, and the whole experience felt personal, relaxed and incredibly memorable. My children aged 10 years and 13 years enjoyed every minute and we're engaged throughout the night. They both came away with such excitement from the night and a thirst to learn more about astrology. An absolutely incredible evening — we couldn’t recommend Roberto and this stargazing experience highly enough! ⭐️🔭✨

A small group (10 to 15 people) guide to the night sky lasting two hours. ( small group also means not too much queueing to look through the telescope.). Roberto, our guide was very knowledgable and interesting. Make sure you wrap up warm with a hat and gloves if you’ve got them. It gets very cold. 🥶

Roberto is an exceptional friendly, friendly and attentive guide. Small group, which makes the experience better, alternating English and Spanish. He explains everything to you so it's very easy to understand. At the end it gives you the free option to take a photo with the stars in the background, a great detail!! 100% recommended.

We attended a stargazing event at Mount Teide scheduled for 21:00, after our observatory visit had been cancelled twice earlier in the week. We selected this experience based on a very positive stargazing tour we attended with the same provider in December 2024, which involved a small group and detailed explanations. This time, the group size exceeded 50 participants (around 15 cars), despite tour descriptions stating a maximum group size of approximately 15. Only three telescopes were available, observation time per person was very short, and most of the evening was spent waiting in queues. The session was conducted simultaneously in Spanish and English, further limiting explanations. There was no introductory briefing about the night sky, and interaction with guides was minimal. Due to the limited engagement, we left the observation area shortly after the start and waited in our car until departure was allowed. The experience did not match the advertised format or our previous experience.

Roberto is an excellent guide, entertaining, didactic and very friendly. Gives you water and chocolates. resolve any doubts or curiosities with patience and detail. I highly recommend this visit an experience of 10 . Thank you so much!! I hope to come back!
