The price is quite high, but loved by a 5yr old, high speed thrills!
This was one of the best experiences we had. What a thrill! We were contemplating whether to do the 20 min ride or 40, and we were glad to have selected 40 mins. We booked this ride in the last minute and the operator managed to arrange for a boat. Thank you for one of the amazing experience we had.

Lovely boat trip with great speed.
Absolutely fantastic experience and so exhilarating! All six of us had a fabulous time. This is my 4th ride and I can't wait to ride again. Definitely one of the best things to do in London!
The 40 minute speedboat ride was fun and exciting from start to finish. As soon as the engines cranked up my kids broke out the biggest smiles. Dock and boat crew were great. A fantastic way to get out on the river and see London from a different perspective.
The experience was 5 stars, but they share a dock with Uber and the Uber employees intentionally block the entrance way to form their line at the entrance to the dock. We thought we were in line for RIB, and ended up missing it (despite being there on time)! They were kind enough to let us into the next tour, but it was half the time that we booked and paid for and it also required us to just hang around till the new time. I now see in the confirmation that they advise you to only listen to their employees, but it would be nice if they had signage out front or an employee who at least popped by the front before their scheduled tours to make sure their customers aren’t patiently waiting in the wrong line…
Second time with these guys and again it was a good experience. Booked and paid online. Issue arose and the lovely Megan handled it well and called back when she said she would the next day. We resolved the issue and the company stepped up to make ot all happen. Upon arrival Megan again was very helpful and got us all organised. The guys on the boat were helpful and both were very nice. Good customer service from all. A great experience and I wholly recommend it. One this I do suggest is lockers for customers belongings could be helpful. I did have some shopping and would rather have left it with the operator while I enjoyed the experience.
