Please do not queue at the ticket office as you have already pre-booked tickets, head straight down onto the floating pontoon towards Boarding Gate One. Hotel pickup is not part of this experience.

50 mins is about right for this experience. Boat gets up to 35mph for a good part of the trip. It's exhilirating up to a point and without ever feeling unsafe. Guide was very good and had the right tone. The commentary was brief but appropriate based on this type of experience. If you want detailed knowledge on London this is not the trip for you.

This was a great experience! Ed was an awesome boat tour guide and it was a really great mix of getting some history and having high speed fun on the Thames River. Highly recommend for kids and adults alike.
We all had a blast. One of the highlights of our weekend in London. My girls, 7 & 8 and Mom & Dad all loved it. The tour guide was Jordon and he was just right - friendly and funny and then let us enjoy the experience. Great views and interesting too but the highlight is the speed and wind in your hair.
Amazing experience for myself and my 16 year old nephew when we did the Ulimate tour yesterday (2nd October). It was fun, exhilarating, exciting, scary at times when we turned and got so close to the water but a fun scary, not a scary, scary haha! Jay was our guide and did a great job and Charlene was our skipper who can certainly manoeuvre that rib! Really appreciated that on the way back we stopped to see London Bridge lift, as you don't often get to see that. Thames Rockets was one of the best things I have ever done in London and I will 100% do it again. Thank you SO much for a great experience.
