Snorkeling with Caribbean fish and private cenote exploration

Our guide, Tania, was amazing; we booked a group trip but it ended up being just us as a family. She took great care to ensure we moved at a good pace wasn’t rushed. The cenote caves were amazing and she did a great job with our teens and made it really engaging for them. It was also unique to go through a cenote cave so I would highly recommend it.

The views were incredible! Marco took my wife and I on a private tour snorkeling in a cenote lagoon to start. He provided all of the equipment that was needed and shared wonderful tidbits of history and geology regarding the cenote. We then went to a private cave with a cenote inside! Very fun and adventurous tour with great insight of the natural history. We then had lunch at a wonderful local taco shop. The best food we’ve had all vacation! Marco was wonderful in every aspect and I would highly recommend him as a guide for this and any other tours he leads!

Kenia is an amazing guide; you can feel her passion and love for animals and the environment through her sharing. We had a really great time snorkeling and exploring the Cenote today. Extremely fun experience!

We did an AMAZING snorkeling and cenote tour with Ursula. Plenty of beautiful fish and the cenote tour was amazing to see. Our tour guide, Ursula, was super knowledgeable, polite and shared information about the different birds, animals and Mayan culture. After learning so much in a few hours, we would have loved to book another tour however time didn't permit. We would love to come back and tour with Ursula again! Till next time!

We had a great experience with Ursula showing us the best place to snorkle! It was amazing to hear the knowledge that Ursula and Daniel had to share about local issues and culture. In the tour we eventually went into a cavern where we swam through underground to find a special swimming area that felt so special since it was just our group there. I have pretty high expectations as a traveler but I would highly recommend taking this adventure.

We had a nice half day trip with three different excursions. Nice guide and driver and a good mix with different sights. Snorkeling was great when you have children with you. Quiet and safe place and nice fish. If I had snorkelled with the kids, I would probably want to snorkel by a coral reef out by the sea where there are more different kinds of fish. The private tour at the caves and cenotes was very nice.

Alondria and Jesus were fantastic tour guides. We really appreciate their excellent guest services and hospitality. We did the reef and private cenote tour. Both sites were absolutely amazing. The reef was one of the prettiest I’ve seen in a long time. Many living and colorful corals and tons of fish. The cenote was beyond any expectations we had. To just call it a cenote and compare to so many others wasn’t enough. It’s a cenote with an underground river. You enter a cave wonderland mixing ecology and Mayan mysticism. It just happens to be full of pristine water. Alondria gave excellent natural history and history of the people who called and still call the Yucatan home. On the way to drop us home, some locals were feeding birds on the beach. The magnificent frigate birds were mixed in with the gulls. The frigate is my favorite bird and they stopped so that I could see the birds up close and get some photos. Perfect end to a really great day. The restaurant was just ok but the staff were friendly and facilities clean. The booking team communicated through text and kept us updated before the tour began. Seriously some of the best service I’ve had in a long time.

I’ve never been to Mexico so I had some worry with picking tours and activities but this was an absolute TREAT. Do not hesitate to book it and specifically request Martín. He was AMAZING. So warm, welcoming, well-educated and respectful of the significance of the beautiful land we got to tour and see. We learned so much and felt so safe with him and Axel driving us around. It was a once in a lifetime experience that I would 100% book again without hesitation. Lunch was delicious at a local taco joint and they were very receptive to our groups dietary needs. He also gave us local recommendations for other activities. Great experience overall.

Martín was amazing! The tour was incredible and he provided so much interesting information. We will be back to do it again some day.
