This trip was simply perfect. The cenote was beautiful, the lagoon swim amazing and Tulum was wonderful. Our guide Alejandro Herrera could not have been better for us. His knowledge, friendliness and humour all spot on. I’d highly recommend this trip and this company.
Our tour guide kept us informed with what we needed for every stop. This experience was more than I expected. It's worth the cost just book it.
Pick up at 0650 was prompt. We were greeted by our driver Victor. We shortly after met our guide Damien. Both were fantastic. Great banter and engagement. The tour(s) was informative and entertaining. Unfortunately we were rained out and cut short with our snorkeling and beach time. Food at the beach was okay. Service was great. My only comment would be that we need more food and better timing. Having left early, we didn’t have breakfast available at our hotel and it was mentioned we would have snacks and beverages available through out. We finally had a very light snack at noon after a very long walk at the beautiful ruins. Everyone was peckish. We then went to the cenote. The cave was phenomenal and a much needed refreshment after a long hot walk. However after two more stops we finally got lunch at 1530. Over all it was lovely, we were just hungry!!
Damián and Victor were incredibly kind and welcoming. We felt very comfortable with them throughout the entire experience. The tour was so much fun, we learned a lot, and they both took great care of us. We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed the experience. Thank you so much
Best birthday ever. I treated myself as a birthday gift and my day was amazing. First the group I was with made the day so much fun and that's because our awesome guide Saul said you are family for the day and it really felt that way. And Saul omg he was kind, funny, knowledgeable and super supportive I can't swim yet I booked an excursion with 2 water activities and Saul said no problem I got you and he did, helped me through the center and lagoon without any judgment or frustration. He was patient and gentle. Seriously Saul was the best part of the day
Gato was the best guide. We went with a seven year old and he went out of his way to include him. You know it is a good tour guide when the include kids. Gato was so knowledgeable on such a wide variety - the ruins, the cenotes and even fish while snorkelling. You will be tired at the end but so worth the trip.
Thank you for your fantastic review! We're thrilled to hear that Gato made the experience so special for your family and went above and beyond to include your seven-year-old throughout the tour. It's wonderful to know that his knowledge of the ruins, cenotes, and local wildlife made the adventure both engaging and memorable for everyone. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Gato! Thank you for recommending the tour. We hope to welcome your family back soon for another unforgettable adventure! — Cancun Adventures
Cenote was awesome experience that I can highly recommended to any Cancun travelers. Great time with a great guide from Cancun Adventure. Definitely return to Cancun Adventure for future Cancun actives!
While the activities were good, the “up to 8 hrs” advertised tour was almost 12 hours with so much time spent in the cramped hot mini bus collecting others from other hotels, swapping vans and driving slowly down long unsealed dirt tracks to the cenote and lunch in a van not made for those dirt track road surfaces. We were collected at 6:20 and lunch wasn’t until after 3pm. Had we known that we would have taken advantage of eating at Tulum earlier. Good guides and good activity but next time we will seek a private tour to avoid the mini bus and travel stress.
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the activities and found our guides to be good, but we're truly sorry that the transportation and overall duration of the day negatively impacted your experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to spend so much additional time traveling, particularly in a cramped and hot vehicle and with multiple hotel pickups and van changes. We also appreciate your comments regarding the delayed lunch and the road conditions leading to the cenote. This is valuable feedback, and we'll share it with our operations and transportation teams for review. We're sorry that the experience did not match the expectations set by the advertised tour duration. We appreciate your honesty and hope that, should you choose to travel with us again, we can provide a smoother and more comfortable experience. — Cancun Adventures
Guide Mario was excellent. The cenote experience was amazing and a must do.
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that Mario made your experience so enjoyable and that you loved the cenote adventure. We're glad you consider it a must-do experience! We'll be sure to share your kind words with Mario and hope to welcome you back soon for another unforgettable adventure. — Cancun Adventures
Our full day excursion was great. Adrian and Rodrigo were fantastic. Couldn't ask for better guide and driver! Cenote Sueno was amazing and highly recommend. Lagoon snorkel was good and saw some nice fish but water was quite cloudy so a bit disappointed. Overall day was great and do highly recommend. One thing to share is to be sure bring towels!
