Javier was fantastic as a guide. Our family really enjoyed this experience!
My family said this is the best excision they’ve been on. They had the best time and they loved their guide.
David had energy, vibes and excellent communication 👏. Highly recommend the adventure and good times.
I paid $75 per person for an ATV, zip-line, cenote and tequila excursion. After an hour ride to get there, the nonstop upselling began. First, they pushed an $80-per-person VIP upgrade, bringing our total to about $310. Then we were taken to a “souvenir room” and told goggles and face protection were another $40 PER PERSON. After that, we were told we also needed special shoes for an additional charge. At that point I had enough. One employee even told us they didn’t care if we got hurt and that the Mexican government didn’t care either if we chose not to buy the protective equipment. We walked out without ever doing the excursion. When they asked me to sign that I was “declining the ride,” I specifically wrote that I was declining because the experience had been misrepresented and was nothing but constant upselling. I have no idea what else they would have tried to charge us for if we continued. Buyer beware. The advertised price is clearly just the beginning.
Fantastic value for money. Good company to book with. Outstanding day. Loved it would highly recommend had great time Highly recommend viator service. Unfortunately couldn't take our own photos on atv and zip line and the packages of photos were quite expensive as i didnt want all the photos just a few single photos so would be great if you had the option to buy 3 or 4 that didnt cost over 100us More like 5 or 10 per photo rather than packages of 60 photos but everything else was great
This is NOT a jungle exploration experience. It’s more a tushed carnival ride that happens to be in jungle. ATVs are on a track. Zipline was lame. Swimming was nice. BEWARE they are not honest in communications about prices and services. They upsell everything and then don’t deliver. They are constantly squeezing a few more bucks from you.
Really great experience. Cenote and zip lining were the best; tour guide Alan was amazing and really funny! Recommend him for this!
We had a wonderful time. Spotting from the ride from our resort to our tour guide to all of the excursions that were involved. We had a great time. Everyone was very professional and informative. We were definitely back
100/10 experience! Fair pricing for everything you do. Shoutout to our tour guide Alan! Man was exceptional. Very keen on safety precautions, great sense of humor and always made sure my family was good. Only downside is the short time in the cenote, but I highly recommend bringing your family here! Next time we come to Cancun, this is where we will be again!
Honestly, I have done several cenotes and ATVs excursions in the past. The ride over there was painfully long, it was at least a hour and 45 minutes from the ferry. The bus AC was very minimal and overall hot. Making the ride there and back very unenjoyable, especially due to the stops needed to pick up other people. Once present in the extreme adventuring the staff was nice and accommodating for me to get on the zip line because I needed assistance. The problem started for me with the ATV… the experience of the atv was so bumpy, hot, and really over stimulating. The road used was dangerous (IMO) and while some danger is to be expected.. the holes(craters) in the road were so large, filled with rocks, and very continuous throughout the circle path. This made the ATV drive a series of stopping and starting along with trying to navigate the craters while being safe of those around you. The ATVs were VERY HOT (were we on the 1 clock tour), because they had been running all day. I had to get off and park after the 1st go round due to safety reasons and general hotness of the ATV. The tequila tasting and cenote was very refreshing and the MAIN positive of the entire experience. I did not enjoy being locked into the experience and not being able to leave earlier then excursion/management allows. (We wanted to catch a ferry back to isla muejeres) and were told that we could not leave until 6. After I spoke two managers, I sat down to eat the 2 tacos that were included in price. It took over 45 minutes and over 4 staff members to get correct tacos. Overall the experience was not worth the money spent. If I could suggest things: provide a covering for ATV’s in the extreme heat. Additionally change the ATV road utilized… it’s a sandy/dusty circle path. The excursion is advertised as a jungle experience. The ATV experience should reflect that, roads through trees and branches not just a bare dusty road. Patrons should be able to leave at any time throughout the excursions. You should not be forced to stay until 6pm. Additionally, have water during every aspect of the execution. There should be water present for patrons during the zip line experience. Please be safe doing that ATV experience, a family member of mine hit a crater and his leg hit a back tire. The tire was so hot that he suffered a burn on the back of his leg. We signed waivers of course. The staff did supply ointment. HOWEVER, the heat along with those ATV’s being ran all day on top of the very horribly created ATV road…. Is a recipe for an injury.
