Terrible sound inside the bus. This trip is focused on taking you to places to having you buying stuff.. bus driver goes too fast.. It felt dangerous. There is only 1 bottle of water.. and the food is supposed to be free but 2 drinks cost 160 pesos +16 tip.. don't Buy the skip like.. it is no needed.. You can buy it there.. My recommendation is to Rent a car and go by yourself. Ah and if you want to swim you need to pay for a locker and lifesaver...
Hugo was a great guide! We enjoyed listening to the history of the Mayans and swimming in the cenote.Be prepared, the ride from Cancun is long.
Be prepared for lengthy day, we started our day venturing out, along the way our guide gave us a history lesson, very informative very engageful. 1 stop not really sure why we stopped there, Once their it felt like everything was repeated for a 2nd time and there wasn't very much to see other than a gift shop which they tried to sell us things there. 2nd stop was chichen itza and another guide stepped in and the group was split into 2 and basically for a 3rd time explained similar history, once done youre able to free roam take pictures if you like. Originally we wanted to buy souvenirs from the guy that we were introduced to by the guide who then proceeded to sell us 2 small things for $300, we around to a different table and managed to pay $15 for the same items, the next stop we had the option to swim or eat at the buffet first, food wasn't great there it was stale or cold. At the cenote it was fun to cool off, overall I feel like the activities would not be as long and dragging if it was consolidated together more properly, you might be better off catching a bus on your own account.

This was an amazing experience. It was my sister and I and we booked through trip advisor and they made the whole trip easy, They picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel and I felt very safe! We had Rafa as our tour guide and Tibu for our driver. They were both very friendly and made sure we were safe and got on the right bus they were double counting everyone. Rafa was great and knew the locals so it felt like we were visiting family and not like we were tourist. I definetly recommend. My biggest thing was safety because we were girls and the whole trip was smooth and it was so much fun and really got to learn the history and Rafa took time to answer and share his knowledge.
Wonderful, but it was awkward for solos. Also, the first store was a tourist trap. More interactions should be made so the guests are more friendly to each other. Long trip, otherwise.
It was fun and enjoyable ,everything ran smoothly Hugo made the trip even more pleasurable with his vast knowledge and experience with the culture and historical sites i would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see one of the seven modern world wonders and hopefully you get Hugo as your guide he is one of the best out
Had an amazing time on this trip. Hugo and Darwin took amazing care of us and Hugo’s knowledge and English/spanish fluency made the trip both entertaining and a great experience. Highly recommend!!!
This was a great tour in a nice air conditioned bus. Our guide Ceaser was excellent. It was very hot and humid, be prepared by staying hydrated and applying sunscreen.
Norma was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, patient, and just overall great! I actually wish everything lasted just a little bit longer that’s how great it all was! Couple tourist stops with some overpriced stuff, but that’s nothing new with tours, still great!!
