Highlight of our trip
We loved our tour. It was a super hot day, the coach was nice, picked us up on time at our hotel, fully ac. Had a decent turkey sandwich on the bus for breakfast. When we got to chichen, they provided both an ice cold water bottle and a large parasol for our use to block the sun. This was critical. Our guide Mario was very knowledgeable and funny, caring throughout the entire time. The driver Miguel was very professional, he drove over all the speed bumps with much care, never felt bumpy. You would know how important this is if you rode on the golf cart on isla majures or on the local bus in cancun.
The buffet was very good, had a variety of all kinds of meats, taco toppings, drinks and desserts. We also had a bit time to explore the town.
Finally, the cave where we go swim was a highlight. After such a hot day, it was super refreshing to take a plunge using a swing into the cave pool! This tour met all of our expectations and was the highlight of our trip to cancun. It is better than anything else we did here.

An experience you need to live at least once in your life!!
Arturito is an excellent guide along with Jesus Andoni and Luis the driver. First, they pick you up at your hotel; they are extremely punctual, so be aware of that. They lead us to a connection center where you change from the bus to a more comfortable one. The breakfast is as promised in the ad; it was a sandwich with a cake and juice. I recommend you have breakfast at the hotel if you have the chance. At Chichen Itza, you don't have to worry about anything; just follow the guide. During the free time given, try to be punctual; they wait for you up to 10 min, but be punctual. Don't let the vendors distract you too much. Then at the Cenote, life jackets are mandatory, but since they come in the package, we only paid for the locker, which was approx 35MXN. My favorite part was La Casona: authentic food, excellent service, and Valladolid was pretty; here you can buy souvenirs and eat marquesitas. Recommendations: bring repellent just in case, a towel, and comfortable shoes; you are going to walk quite a bit.
