Andre was absolutely perfect. From the moment we met, his great sense of humor and friendly ways made us feel welcomed. His recall of history along with his passion and inside knowledge was extraordinary. I would highly recommend touch tours.
Andres was an awesome, knowledgeable and friendly tour guide who aim to please. He showed us things around Porto that we would’ve never got to see without his assistance. He was interesting, concerned about Our Experience, and in short, the tour was wonderful. I cannot recommend Touch Tours more highly.
Nuno Silva was a great guide who showed us all the highlights of Porto. He was knowledgeable, fun and cared about our safety. The highlights our visit to the historical section of Porto. The best part was the sailboat ride on the right. Nuno took us to a great restaurant where we had a traditional meal.
Two days before the tour, they tell me they won't be able to do the boat tour, for an entirely foreseeable reasons. Super frustrating. The boat tour was what I wanted most. Their alternative was not kid friendly at all (i have two kids) The notice was so late, that all the other good tours were booked. This ruined our one full day in Porto.

We are sincerely sorry that the situation led to your cancellation, especially as the boat experience was the part you were most looking forward to. That said, we would like to clarify the situation. The sailing activity was made unavailable on the 20th and 21st of June due to a local festival taking place in the area, resulting in navigation restrictions. We were informed at a very late stage that it would not be possible to operate the activity, which left us very little time to adjust the programme. We would also like to clarify that the tour you booked is a shared experience, which means it follows a fixed itinerary that cannot be fully customised for each participant. In this context, we provided an alternative within the group format. For guests travelling with children who are looking for a more tailored experience, we usually recommend a private tour, which allows us to better adapt the programme to specific needs, which we had offered you. As you did not have the opportunity to carry out the tour, it is difficult for you to know whether it would have matched your expectations and whether you would have enjoyed it. Fun full day adventure through three wineries of the Douro River Valley region. Our tour guide Nuno was knowledgeable and made sure at all times we were comfortable. We were a small group of 8 and I didn’t feel rushed from one spot to another. The places we went to were very generous with their tastings, you can definitely get your money’s worth. Make sure to: bring water as there weren’t many places to get some and anti car sickness meds as some of the roads were very twisty.
Nuno was fantastic! He was the most wonderful guide and the day was absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend this enough. Second year in a row doing the tour.
