Sistine Chapel is a holy place and new pope election center. Michangelo's master works " Creation of Adam " and " Last Judgement " are here. It is a silent zone and no photos and videos are allowed here.
St. Peter's Basilica is one of the biggest and oldest church in the world. Michelangelo's great creation La Pieta is here. The tomb of St. Jhon Paul II is close to the La Pieta. Also the Holy door, St. Peter's Bronze Statue, Holy water and the dome are mind blowing.

Very thorough. I’d call it “Passion of the Guide.” He loved his job. The Basillica was my favorite part. I wish people would be respectful and not take photos in the Sistine Chapel. The light ruins the painting. Probably saw 100 people get yelled at for it in the 15 min we were there. Please don’t photograph it and ruin it for future visitors.

We enjoyed the tour, but probably felt very rushed due to large crowds. Not an easy tour to cover with various timelines involved. Lots of waiting time which could have been used to explain history

This “tour” is very short, and is definitely not worth the price. Just buy tickets and see it yourself.
This tour's duration is 2 to 2 and half hours. But you have an opportunity to stay longer without guide.

Our group size is not more than 15 people. Our guide should explain about the Sistine Chapel in advance as it is a holy place and silent zone. Perhaps you didn't like this explanation.
