Excellent communication!...
Excellent communication! They were more than willing to accommodate me when I decided to change pick up time about 4 hours before the original pick up was supposed to happen. The driver came in early and was very friendly. The car was comfortable. I have only excellent things to say about this company and my experience. I would absolutely use it again.

Great communication from time of booking throughout. Confirmed booking info, airport, and other details prior to and day of the transfer. Driver arrived 15 min early with a clearly marked sign. Great experience would highly recommend and will use again!

Perfect pickups.
We prebooked all our hotel airport and train station pickups before we travelled to China as we did not have a China mobile(cellphone) number. They all worked perfectly. Would not hesitate to recommend to other any other travellers. We had downloaded WeChat and we had contact with all the service providers on hand.

Excellent service, driver arrived a few minutes early which was perfect, we had just checked out of the hotel and waiting in the lobby. We arrived at the airport right on time, no issues or concerns during the ride. Would definitely use the service next time in Shanghai.
