This tour was a fabulous experience. The itinerary was discussed prior to departure and settled based on what I had already seen. Kalvin was incredibly knowledgeable and the driver was polite and punctual. Kalvin shared so much information with me about the history of the city and his own life in Shanghai. He watched out for my safety, opened and closed the car door for me at every stop, maintained a casual pace and shared lunch with me. The dumpling and noodle lunch was delicious. I cannot fault any part of this experience. I'm so glad I did this tour....I feel like I really saw a great snapshot of Shanghai. Thank you Kalvin!
What a wonderful experience ! Alana is on top of the organisation w clear communication with whatsapp. The driver shows up on time. Then I had two wonderful guides - Ling for Yu garden and yuyuan market & Queeni for French Consession & the bund. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and eager to share facts about the places. Fluent in English they made for excéllent guides for this fantastic trip. Very convenient - roughly 5 hours with stops, visits, & driving to/from hotel. I recommend this STRONGLY!!! What an awesome tour!
