We were solo in a group class so special 1 on 1 experience was a plus! Enjoyed learning 2 new dishes and ANDREALETIZIA was the best chef and teacher!

Enjoy this exclusive pizza and supplì-making class in a small group of six guests, with an amazing cooking instructor from MasterChef Italia! The class is held in our new, luxury kitchen, part of our high-end, custom-built cooking school. You'll be welcomed with a traditional Roman aperitivo of refreshingly chilled prosecco, and a platter of appetisers including olives, and a selection of cheeses and cured meat. Then, with your chef-instructor, you will learn to prepare authentic Roman dough to make the traditional “teglia” pizza and focaccia. Next you'll make supplì, a popular staple of Roman streetfood. A deep fried rice ball with tomato sauce and melty mozzarella in the middle. Lastly, no Roman meal is complete without a sweet treat or dessert. Here you'll learn to make Nutella-filled dough pockets. Afterwards, enjoy eating with your fellow guests with a glass of wine and limoncello. A digital LivTours recipe book is the perfect souvenir to take home!

Nicky Brian was amazing! Their recipe for pizza crust was the best I’ve ever tasted! Wish I hadn’t lost the link to the recipes. 😢 if you can provide a link I’d be forever grateful. So very glad we did this, my favorite Rome experience ever!
Thank you for such a wonderful review! 🍕 We’re absolutely delighted to hear that Brian made your pizza experience such a memorable part of your time in Rome, and it sounds like the recipes were a highlight too! We’d be very happy to help you get the recipe link again. Please feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll be glad to assist.
Andrealetizia was great! The facility was modern and clean. We were very engaged in the preparation and cooking process. We would highly recommend this class.
Andrea was amazing!!! Our cooking class was so much fun & I learned a ton. I highly recommended anyone to take her class. We made suppli & pizza. So delicious!!!
This was our favorite experience of the trip. Completely worth the price and a lovely evening.
Absolutely amazing experience, Andrea was an amazing teacher and chef, my partner and I had a fantastic time learning how to make pizza dough and Suppli, would recommend to anyone looking for a great night and good company
Our kids loved Dylan’s pasta and tiramisu making class so much that they begged us to book another cooking class with LIV. We were hoping to get Dylan again so you can imagine how overjoyed our kids were when the door to the kitchen studio opened and it was Dylan again! He was once again super patient with our kids as they navigated their first ever Pizza and Suppli making. A cooking class with Dylan was the perfect way to end our amazing two week holiday in Italy. Highly recommend Dylan and the LIV cooking classes!
Enjoyed tremendously the pizza making class. Both cooks were excellent, felt more like family. Advice and instructions were spot on. I will be trying recipes at home with ingredients. Can’t say enough about this experience. Truly the highlight of my day.
11/10 great experience!! Food was amazing thanks to an amazing chef
We loved our experience with Andrea. The food was delicious!! Our 10 and 13 year old really got into the experience and loved creating their own dishes. Would definitely recommend and hope to try again soon.
