This was our second class with Marco and we enjoyed it just as much as the first! He is passionate about teaching and cooking and it shows. The food was excellent and the company matched. He even took pictures with my phone for us! Would highly recommend Marco and the class by the Colloseum!

Alessandro’s class was a fantastic experience. He is a super host and instructor. Making authentic pizza, suppli, and gelato from scratch was so much fun and surprisingly approachable thanks to his clear, step-by-step guidance. Everything tasted amazing - I ended up creating one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a memorable, hands-on culinary adventure!

What a great way to spend a birthdaymorning in the breathtakingly beautiful kitchen right by the fontana delle tartarughe. Ian was a great instructor and cook, knowledgeable and funny. He was never tired of answering all our questions. They work with great quality products. Thans to Ian from now in we will prepare the dough for our Saterday pizzaparties on wednesdays! No better way to spend a birthdaymorning!
We had a wonderful time! Our chef helped us cook food we could eat and was delicious. He explained the ingredients and process with a sense of humor. It was well worth our time and cost.
