First time to Madrid

I was 15 minutes late to the statue and didn’t know whether to expect a person. I thought directions to each chapter would be built in and ended up just listening. But the text was helpful and I’ll come back another time to see all the museums.

I couldn’t hear it

The content was fine. The app was a little tricky to use. It kept asking for the code, but got the hang of it. However, I didn’t have headphones and couldn’t hear anything with my phone on full volume. I think the recording is very quiet and could easily be made louder. I have used other travel guide apps that allow you to jump from one place to another and pick up or leave wherever you wish. Again , although this is possible, this one wasn’t as user friendly.

A few glitches but amazing tour option.

I has to book this twice because the download expired before I started the trip. The download was only available for a short time. Downloads need to be available longer or Instructions made clearer. However, once I was able to download i was able to use my free time where I didn't have other excursions to learn even more about the city. The maps and commentary were excellent!

Not enough time to use the code

Flight was delayed and code expired before use. The available time to do a self guided app is not enough. Will book another at the cost because I am flying solo and was counting on the guide.

Self guided walking tour Madrid

Really good value. You need to use your maps on your phone to find the next site but the info is good. It says it’s available for 30 days but I wasn’t able to use it after the day we started the tour

Truly self guided

Loved that you could listen to whatever section you wanted depending on where you were. We had toured so much over past days so we’re able to listen about places we had already been to.
