Good highlights
Good highlights of Seattle overall. This would be a five star review if the guide was better. English was her second language and strong Chinese accent made communication very difficult. She tried her best and was very accommodating and an excellent driver.
Operator response
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the Seattle highlights and appreciated the guide’s efforts, flexibility, and safe driving. We’re sorry that the language barrier made communication more difficult than expected. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to provide you with an even better experience on your next trip.

Amazing Seattle Tour with Michael
Michael was an amazing tour guide! He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and gave us detailed introductions to many of Seattle’s famous attractions. I learned so much about the city and really enjoyed the whole experience. It was a fun and rewarding tour, and I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone visiting Seattle!

Not the best tour for the money.
The locha were interesting but the tour guide was difficult to understand as well as understand us. We were supposed to have a larger vehicle like a bus but we ended up on a private tour all crammed into a Volvo suv. Not happy about the fact that my mother in law had to be crammed between me and my brother in law on the back seat. I am glad I wasn't driving as the traffic was very busy. She did drop us off where we needed to go which I appreciate we did see a couple cool things but I feel I paid $100 pp for a $50 tour. Which was a little bit of a let down since I was in charge of picking tours.
Operator response
Thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad you appreciated some of the sights and that our guide got you where you needed to go safely.
However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced. The language barrier and the vehicle change to a cramped SUV are not acceptable – especially for your mother-in-law's comfort. This is not the service we promise, and we completely understand your disappointment regarding the value for money.
We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you'll give us another chance to do better.

Anna was sweet & knowledgeable
Anna picked us up promptly, gave us ideas about the sites to see in Seattle, and incorporated any requests that we had. Anna is bilingual, and she had a lady from China along in the group. It was interesting to see their interactions, and by the end of the tour we were all great friends.

It was not what we expected for what we paid, I do not recommend it.
They told us 10 hours, but it was 7. However, we wanted to see more places in the city of Seattle, and we saw less than expected because the stops took a long time in places that were not as interesting as we had hoped. It was just the two of us and four Chinese passengers who did not speak English, so I was translating for my husband in Spanish, while the guide spoke in Chinese with the others and with me in English. It was very stressful, especially because we spent an hour at the Space Needle without the entrance included, and we were there for half an hour. Then, at Pike Market, we spent two and a half hours, and we were not interested in a food tour, which seemed like too much time wasted there. Then we went to the top of a building to see the views of the city with the entrance included, but we only stayed for half an hour. Finally, we went to Chinatown, where we did not get out of the car because the guide told us it was too much walking. He brought a sandwich for each of us, while the other passengers ate there, and then we went back to the hotel. That tour is not worth what we paid. We expected more from such a beautiful city.
Operator response
Thank you for your honest feedback. We are very sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations and that you found the experience stressful.
We have reviewed your comments with the guide. The tour ran approximately 8 hours, and time at the Space Needle and the viewpoint was sufficient, though you returned early due to mobility concerns. The decision not to exit the vehicle in Chinatown was made because you mentioned foot discomfort.
We also sincerely apologize for the language difficulty. The guide spoke English to you and Chinese to the other guests, which clearly caused stress and confusion. We will work on better solutions for mixed-language groups in the future.
We regret that the tour was not what you hoped for, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
