This was a great way to see the city. Our tour guide Jeff was fun and interactive. You could tell how much he loved Seattle and its history.
Our group of 7 visited Seattle for a wedding on Bainbridge Island. We had a free day to see Seattle. Our Seattle Northwest Tours City Tour was one of the most amazing tourist experiences. Our tour guide Tyler was an awesome tour guide. We learned more from Tyler in a few hours than we could in lifetime on our own. We highly recommend anyone visiting Seattle to take this tour!
This is a leisurely tour of Seattle. Minimal walking required and you will enter/exit the small bus several times to participate in specific experiences. The driver, who is also your tour guide, mixes historical information with their own experiences. Who knows what you will see! Maybe a troll under a bridge?
Very informative, beautiful stops and saw so many places of interest. Seattle has a lot of great places to explore.
The guide Brian was excellent; personable, knowledgeable, engaging. The content was weak, too much time in the van, not enough in the neighborhoods. Our interest in architecture and the differences between neighborhoods was unmet. We expected an overview of the city so that we could go back and explore what appealed to us on our own. This trip didn’t meet these expectations.
Incredible way to quickly get to know Seattle, you see everything and it gives you an idea of what to explore in depth
We booked this tour as a post-cruise option as our flight did not leave until 6:30 pm. We had stayed at the Westin in downtown Seattle pre-cruise so the pick up location at Urban Coffee which is only a block from the Westin. Our tour guide was Jeff and was very informative and a great storyteller. Having lived in Seattle for many years his insights were wonderful. The tour itself gave a good overview of the city and offered a couple of stops along the way for bathroom breaks. The communication from Tours Northwest was very good and seamless. On a side note, Seattle offers a free service that will pick up your bags from the cruise ship and take them to the airport for you. The cruise line will set this up for you and deliver bag tags and boarding passes. Also, we took the train from downtown to the airport. Cost was only $3.00 per person. Taxi rates run $65. This tour was better than the post cruise tour offered the cruise line. I recommend it!
This is an excellent tour of Seattle. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed this - Brian did an outstanding job talking about the city and its rich and interesting history.
Jeff is a proud Seattle spokesperson..filled with historic and current nuggets. The tour gave us a wide variety of Seattle’s treasures
Excellent tour. Knowledgeable and friendly guide. Bryan was great and very inclusive. Travelling solo I felt included at all times. Bryan went out of his way to include views of the floating homes which I appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend.
