We had the perfect day celebrating a birthday at this experience! Massimo was so welcoming and friendly, he taught us so much about the Tuscan way of cooking and the Italian language too! It really felt like he was teaching us his ways in his own home. We can’t recommend this enough and the food was amazing, we can’t wait to make it when home.
We absolutely loved our cooking experience with wine!!! It was so personal- just us two and Massimo. We learnt so much and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We even got to try the wines as well. I loved each course- the bruschetta, pasta and tiramisu. I can’t wait to make it at home! Thank you x
We went to the cooking class right after hunting truffles in the forest with the dogs. When we arrived, our host and cook Máximo was waiting for us with a smile on his face. He/She was always very kind and patient. Spoke Italian and English and always valued Italian for us to have an authentic experience. A huge kindness. The conversation was very good, besides the food which was great, we spent hours talking. The place is beautiful and the experience will stay in our memories forever. We learned to make pasta and tiramisu. Thank you for the affection Maximo.
