Two events in a row where the guide did not show up - Sant Angelo and St Peter’s. You are relying on a local 3rd party to provide the service. You’re better off skipping Viator altogether and going straight to the source to buy your tickets. Also, received one refund, then other was denied, even though the guides didn’t show up.
The day I visit the church, the line was short and faster than the skip the line process I could save my money probably in another time the skip the line process might be very helpful
Easy to book, competitive prices, good information from staff and happy to help web site easy to navigate
The basilica is way more than expected! Extravagant beyond measure! A bit crowded but the line aent quickly and we were able to view it all
