Perfect, it was great and very fun.
We had a great golf cart tour! It was a fun and comfortable way to explore the area. Our guide ENI 😍 was friendly and knowledgeable, and we got to see many interesting places in a short time. Highly recommended for anyone who wants an easy and enjoyable sightseeing experience.
We would have liked to hear more stories about the sites. Our guide gave very little detail about anything. ie, he mentioned the year something was built, but nothing else. Our first interaction with our guide was negative - we are Canadian, and on finding this out Dennis’ immediate comment was ‘oh, the 51st State’. We were insulted - it is not at all funny, and we did not appreciate it. But of course, we were polite, and just ignored the comment.
Dear Susan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, and please accept our sincere apologies for your experience. We are very sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations in terms of the historical explanations and storytelling. We always aim to provide engaging and informative experiences, so we truly regret that you felt the guide did not offer enough detail during the visit. We are also especially sorry regarding the comment made at the beginning of the tour. We completely understand how this could have felt inappropriate and uncomfortable, and we sincerely apologize for the offense caused. This is certainly not the type of experience we want our guests to have. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will address these points directly with the guide to ensure greater professionalism and sensitivity in the future. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Kind regards Endrin
Fantastic experience to know the city in a different way. The guide very attentive. In addition to good recommendations about the city, we help with small but useful tips. Highly recommended not to miss anything of such a big city 😊
This golf cart tour was a great way to see the major monuments without the crowds. Our guide, Eni, was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging—easily the best guide we had in Rome. He made the most of every stop, answered all our questions, and took fantastic photos so we could capture the memories, all without ever rushing us. The gelato stop was a delicious bonus—yum! Don’t let the limited reviews scare you—highly recommend! 10/10 ⭐️
