For much of my life I’ve traveled to many different places around the world. I can truly say that taking this class is one of the best things I’ve done in all my travels. I am returning home with a new sense of personal growth and can’t wait to share my story. If you take this class, hopefully you have the privilege of learning with Olga. She was magnificent!!! Not only did she make the cooking process easy, she also offered interesting history & context which made things more interesting!

I had a great time attending the cooking class at this restaurant. The experience was excellent and very well-organized. The chefs were professional, friendly, and made the process of learning authentic Roman dishes easy and fun. The ingredients were fresh and the atmosphere in the kitchen was very pleasant. It was a great way to spend a few hours and enjoy some delicious food we made ourselves."

I had an incredible 1:1 pasta-making class with Olga and can’t recommend her enough. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain not just the how, but the why behind each step. Her passion for cooking really shines through, and she made the experience feel both educational and relaxed. Olga was kind, attentive, and provided an elevated, personalized level of service that made the class feel truly special. I walked away feeling confident, inspired, and excited to make pasta on my own. Highly recommend.
