We had such a wonderful experience on the Monkey & Sloth Tour with Roatan Tropical Escapes! Our guide, Keylie, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared so many interesting facts about Roatan throughout our day. She was also incredibly efficient at getting us around to each of our stops, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. What stood out to us most was how wonderful she was with our two kids. She was so attentive to their safety, always making sure they crossed the street safely and helping them get in and out of the van. As parents, those little things meant so much to us! We had a fantastic time and would 100% recommend Roatan Tropical Escapes—and especially Keylie—to anyone visiting Roatan. Thank you for making our day on the island so memorable! 🐒🦥🌴

The best of the best!
Our tour in Roatán was absolutely unforgettable thanks to our incredible guide, Kessie. From the moment we met her, it was clear how passionate and knowledgeable she is about the island. She shared so many fascinating insights about Roatán’s history, culture, and daily life, which made the experience feel much deeper than a typical tour. What truly stood out was how she tailored the entire day to our preferences. She went above and beyond to make sure we saw and experienced the things we were most excited about. Thanks to her, we had the amazing opportunity to interact with sloths, guinea pigs, monkeys, and macaws—an experience we’ll never forget. Kessie also took us to tour the local rum factory and chocolate factory, which were both highlights of the trip. Throughout the drive, she pointed out different areas around the island and explained their significance, giving us a real understanding of Roatán beyond the usual tourist spots. She was friendly, patient with all our questions, and clearly proud of her island. Her enthusiasm made the entire day feel personal and special. If you’re visiting Roatán, we highly recommend touring with Kessie—you’ll leave with wonderful memories and a much greater appreciation for the island.

What a Fabulous day!
Best day ever despite the less than sunny weather! It was the best of all of Roatan! Our private guide was sweet & patient. So knowledgeable & was able to get us to all the right spots quickly so we can literally engage in everything great in Roatan. Monkey/Los/snorkeling/coffee/rum/shopping!

Great experience
Kessie was a fantastic tour guide. She made sure I got the most out of the experience and brought a great deal of knowledge of the local area. I was also lucky enough to do an East End Mangrove your with Kessie, which is not to be missed!

Highly Recommend
Had a wonderful day with Kessie and her mom. Visited the sloths, monkeys, and macaws. Followed that up with a great snorkeling and beach trip. They shared lots of info about the island and made sure we had a great time! Comfortable ride. Will definitely use them again when we go back!
