The person I was in contact with the whole time was Eduardo, a very respectful person who answered messages quickly and was always in communication with me. I wanted to stop to buy souvenirs before arriving at the airport and they were very kind to take me. 10 out of 10.

Although I had my doubts🤔🤔🤔🤔 when contacting them because I thought I could fall for a scam 😲!!!! But guess what????😬😬 I ended up 🥰😍convinced🥰😍 that I found the Excellent transfer service in Punta Cana❤️❤️❤️❤️!!!!!!! They were already waiting for me at the airport with my first and last name 😱at the customer service desk!!! Wow, what a nice touch. Their van-type units🚐. With A/C and very comfortable.🤩 The drivers were very kind and polite!!!🎩 Always attentive. For the pick up at the hotel🏨 they arrived on time👌. Honestly, I'm leaving with an Excellent airport-hotel-airport transfer experience. And of course I recommend them 100%!!!! If you travel to Punta Cana, High Level Transport is your Best Choice!!!!

Excellent private transfer service – highly recommend
We had an excellent experience with High Level Transport for our round-trip transfer between Punta Cana Airport and our resort in Miches. Communication was great from the moment we booked until the end of our trip. They were always quick to respond, confirmed everything with us, and both pickups were right on time. Saúl was our driver on the way to the resort and José Miguel drove us back to the airport. Both were extremely professional, friendly, and excellent drivers. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, and we felt very safe throughout both trips. Reliable, professional, fairly priced, and very easy to deal with. I would absolutely use High Level Transport again next time I’m in the Dominican Republic and highly recommend them to anyone looking for private transportation in Punta Cana.
