Aubain Tours & Transfer with Misleading advertisement online with photos ! They were late, The driver never had a sign with our names to find us. Old vehicles/vans, plus the van overheated and broke down. We were stranded on the side of the road in the heat. It took a long time for the company to hire an independent driver/van to pick us up. When the van broke down the driver was talking to his boss on his cell on speaker. Instead of trying to get a vehicle to pick us up and take care of the clients, they were arguing about who's fault it was about the van not working. I had to interrupt and tell the driver to get a vehicle to pick us up. The boss told the driver via cell speaker, why was he talking to the client ? He should not talk to the client that was us. Bottom line, terrible experience, this company does not put clients first.

Had to wait at least 40 min for arrival. Once we got in the car the trip was very erratic. Driver drove so wild that I actually got sick. He took us to the wrong location, twice ?? I didn't understand that. I gave the hotel name and place in reservation. Didn't get to destination until 830. Very disappointed

We are happy they came on time. The van from the airport to the hotel was not to pleasant as first impression but the driver was nice. The van from the hotel to the airport was more pleasant clean seats . I made a mistake on my booking for the day that we was supposed to leave to the airport and they where able to fixed, and my husband and I are very thankful for that. One observation: Let the costumer know who is coming to pick them up, including a picture of the driver. We arrived on August 24-29

I had to change my transportation arrangements three times because of Flight delayed again and again, and each time the team was incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating. They handled every change smoothly and professionally without any hassle. The car was comfortable and the service was reliable.
