Bit confusing to find...
Bit confusing to find driver.
Van that came was poor in quality and once loaded we had to unload as it was leaking fluid (and odour in van which should have been identified as a problem in the first place). Had to then wait for another van to come. We ended up at hotel at same time as group shuttle that we were trying to avoid with this personal shuttle. Based on this specific experience I wouldn’t recommend it. However, final driver was courteous and did a nice job - just the van issues (which is important though).

They response to my review is a lie
I wrote a previous review and they responded with lies. They were in fact late to pick us up from the airport. On the day that they were supposed to take us to the airport they text us TEN minutes before our SCHEDULED pick up time saying that there were running FORTY minutes behind (see photo below). We never paid for a one way. The advertisement stated the price for a round trip, which we paid and they sent a text saying " we already paid and did not have to pay anything else". We did not pay $90 for an uber, it was $70. They are confusing my review with someone else's.

Good choice for transfers in Punta Cana
Our party of 2 used this service for tansfers to and from TRS Punta Cana. The value was great and the drivers to and from airport were both couteous and took good care of us. I got text before arriving telling me where to go. There was no one there - but our plane had arrived early. I texted the same number and someone was there soon after. We only waited a few minutes for our car. The driver for the return to the airport was exactly on time. Overall - good experience!

Good price but service and vehicles are bad
I honestly don’t understand how this company has nearly five-star reviews. When we landed, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the van to arrive, which was especially difficult with tired kids. The driver who picked us up from the hotel seemed annoyed, even frustrated, that he had to load our luggage, and he blasted music the entire ride, which was unpleasant. On top of that, both vans we used (airport and hotel pickups) were extremely dirty. They are one of the cheapest transportation options in Punta Cana, but the service and experience definitely reflect that, you get what you pay for.

Easy and smooth - no issues!
First time using - usually use amstar but this was half the price. Communication was great. Van was clean. They were on time and got us there safe. Zero complaints! Smooth quick process

Average service; not likely to use again
This was our second time to use Punta Cana Transport for an airport-hotel-airport private transfer. It's not that their service was terrible, but there must be better services out there. There were three issues this time: Communication on where to meet their representative was not clear; the sign saying "Punta Cana Transport" was only about 30 inches tall, making it nearly impossible to see in the massive crowd of people who congregate just outside the baggage pick-up exit; and, third, the van picking us up was about 20 minutes late, despite our flight being on time. Plus, the van (once it arrived) looked like it had not been washed in quite some time. It just wasn't a good start to a vacation. On the return trip, the van was cleaner, but the driver never introduced himself and didn't say ten words during the drive back to the airport. Did they get us to/from the airport? Yes. Will we use them again? Not likely.
