Welcome to our Cooking Class at our Restaurant, a unique experience that combines culinary art with the breathtaking beauty of the Amalfi Coast. Located in the heart of Positano, we offer not only a spectacular view of the crystalline sea, but also the opportunity to discover the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine, under the expert guidance of our chefs. Our cooking class is designed for lovers of good food who wish to learn how to prepare authentic dishes using fresh, local ingredients. During the lesson, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at preparing classic recipes such as Sorrento-style gnocchi, fresh grilled fish with aromatic herbs and the famous limoncello, the typical liqueur of our land.

Our cooking class at Rada Positano was an absolutely incredible experience! Chef Andrea was EXCEPTIONAL- so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about sharing the art of Italian cooking. Every step was explained so clearly, and I especially loved how the recipes were tailored so we could easily recreate them at home. And the setting is simply unbeatable. The view of Positano Beach from the class is absolutely breathtaking. It’s hard to imagine a more beautiful backdrop for cooking Italian food. The class includes a two-hour hands-on cooking session, followed by a delicious lunch featuring everything we prepared! We were also provided with aprons and treated to multiple Limoncello Spritzes throughout the experience. As a wonderful added touch, we each received a cookbook filled with traditional Italian recipes, many of which are local to the Amalfi Coast. It was such a thoughtful way to take a little piece of the experience home with us! From the incredible food and wonderful Chef Andrea, to the unforgettable views, this class exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend Rada Positano to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. An experience we will never forget!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A MUST-DO in Positano! This was one of the best cooking classes I've ever taken — and I've taken a few! Chef Andrea is AMAZING: warm, funny, and such a talented teacher. You learn to make the most incredible gnocchi and pizza from scratch, and then you sit down and eat it all on a rooftop overlooking the sea. Does it get better than that? Sipping limoncello with that view of Positano, enjoying life, eating food you just made with your own hands — it honestly felt like a dream. And you get to take home a beautiful cookbook AND an apron as souvenirs. If you're in Positano, do NOT miss this. Book it!

Drinks were amazing we met so many new international friends here! And we learned soo much the chef also gave us a cook book and let us record certain steps so we don’t forget. The view is to die for also!!
One of the highlights of our trip. Chef Andre taught us how to make an amazing Gnocci in just a small amount of time. The setting on the rooftop is surreal and can’t be beat. Do yourselves a favor and take this class it’s worth every penny.
The class was a 10/10 experience. I even ate my next door neighbors pizza slice by accident cause of how good the food was. I wanted more pasta after I ate it all.. the class provided us with a cookbook that we can take home and cook later on. chef andrea was amazing
We had an absolutely incredible experience at this cooking class in Positano! The hike up to the restaurant was definitely the most challenging part of the experience, but once we arrived, every step was worth it. The views are simply breathtaking and provide the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable afternoon. The food was absolutely divine, and the entire staff was exceptional—warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Our chef was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and engaging. We learned so much while making authentic Italian dishes from scratch, including fresh gnocchi, pesto pasta, and a classic Margherita pizza. Everything was delicious, and it was such a fun, hands-on experience for our group. If you’re visiting Positano and looking for a memorable activity that combines amazing food, stunning scenery, and wonderful people, this is a must-do. We would highly recommend it and would do it again in a heartbeat!
This was the highlight of our 1 week stay in Positano! Rada's rooftop view is spectacular, but what really makes this class special are the people. Kudos to Chef Andrea Ruggiero and team for making the day not only informative, but enchanting. Yes, I said enchanting! We met some lovely people from the states and had a blast cooking and dining with them. Oh, & their limoncello is the BEST of anywhere! Delicious! They all stayed on for over an hour after the class was over, allowing us to sip and chat. Chef even autographed our aprons and totes! Don't hesitate to book this class...it's more than a cooking class...it's an experience!
