this is a unique experience. you can come to a local's home and rediscover the passion for the land and the fruits, the old family traditions. taste delicious dishes prepared together with your hands with love. We will be happy to tell you the history of the place and the food. We want you to be able to carry us in your heart at the end of this experience. we will prepare fresh pasta following the old local tradition, we will show you all the tricks to have a good pasta. We want to show you our garden and collect together the ingredients that we will use for our dishes. We will prepare two types of pasta: ravioli, fresh pasta filled with ricotta or vegetables or meat. and the noodles that we will dress with sauce or with vegetables, or an excellent pesto. we love to show you an ancient recipe for a cake with chocolate pears. a good glass of wine will not be missing and at the end of the lunch we will let you taste our liqueurs.

Overall this was a pleasant and enjoyable evening, beautiful food and family history but a few slightly misleading parts of the description which I feel if changed would benefit. The house was 25 minutes outside of main centre of Positano which we didn’t expect but the family were very helpful with helping with meet up point and parking. Unfortunately we did not have a tour of the garden or pick the food and we did not get to do any cooking as such. We did see some of the garden from the balcony though. We were shown how to make spaghetti not ravioli and each had a go at turning the handle and having a try but we were not shown how to cook this afterwards. However a PDF was provided afterwards. We were provided with a lovely starter, two mains and we made a tiramisu desert together which was delicious. Thank you
This night was a highlight of our entire trip! Emily and her family are absolutely lovey and taught us so much so quickly. It's an easy taxi ride from Positano and they can help you with transportation if needed. Their home is absolutely beautiful and they did a great job of making everyone comfortable. The class was fun, engaging, and we learned so much! And come ready to eat. Everything is delicious!
This cooking class was the most fun we had our entire trip! Emily was a great host and showed us how to make two different types of pasta as well as tiramisu. She gave us the history of her family and shared her family recipes so we can try to recreate them. 10/10 experience!

Amazing experience with a few other couples. The whole family was so welcoming and had us all laughing and cooking in no time. The food, ambiance, and experience were all top notch and highly recommended.

Emilie gives you a wonderful evening full of fun, laughter and stories. We had a wonderful evening learning to make ravioli and the lemon pasta was to die for. The other guests became fast friends and everyone enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend this activity for all. My daughter & I agree it was our best night of the trip!!
Highlight of our trip. Emily and her family were so welcoming and kind. Such an intimate experience. We loved hearing their family history as well as the history of their home. The food was exceptional. I can’t wait to try the recipes at home.
