The communication with this company is fantastic. Even before our trip, they responded immediately by email whenever I reached out with questions. Our driver, Mirza, texted me before we got through customs to let us know he was on hand, making our meeting seamless. We had a large group which required a Sprinter van and also needed to borrow two of their carseats as well as attach two of our own. SO much easier than any other form of transportation, especially with small kids! Mirza dropped us off right at the front door of our downtown airbnb. What a great start to our trip!

Smooth helpful. Driver was very helpful. Toronto airport has a pre register desk for prearranged pick up as you exit airport gate A. Give them your name and they will contact your driver. The company did try contact me to let me know this process unfortunately didn’t get any messages as I was using eSim. Until after. I contacted Viator live chat and they were very prompt in guiding me through steps.

That's the way it is done!! Got a text upon landing from driver, Khan. Communication was clear, he was waiting for us on the curb as we exited the door and understood that we did not have luggage to pick up at baggage claim. Car was clean and ride was smooth.

Prompt arrival at the airport. Careful driver in Toronto in heavy traffic. The reservation desk was at the far end of the airport passenger exit.

It was great! Driver was waiting for us when we landed at the airport. Because of a bicycle ride, he had to take a detour to the hotel which actually doubled his time of driving us. He was very polite.

Our driver Ali was great. He was waiting for us as soon as we collected our bags. He was very helpful, friendly and informative. Would highly recommend this service.

My 1st interaction with anyone from Toronto was with Ahmad. He had a wealth of information, extremely pleasant and truly a beautiful person. We had the pleasure of him picking us up from airport and returning us back to the airport. He left an indelible impression on us. He's truly an ambassador for Toronto.
