I booked this tour as I wanted to see Niagara Falls during my stay in Toronto. I booked this tour which was ideal. There were stops at interesting places along the way, and the place where we stopped for lunch was ideal. When we got to the Niagara Falls area, we got to see the falls from a lookout tower. There is also a walkway where you can look at the falls. There was an option of a cruise, which I took advantage of. I would recommend the cruise, as the boat gets close to the Niagara Falls, and you can feel the power of the waterfall. You are given waterproof jackets before getting on the boat. During the peak season, there is a queue for the cruise, which is unavoidable, so you won’t get any time to see the town, but I think the cruise was a better option.
Melvin was an excellent tour guide. He had a huge wealth of facts and knowledge, made sure we were all well organised and pointed out all the best sites. We really enjoyed this tour and would heartily recommend it for a no stress experience!
We had a wonderful tour experience from start to finish. Our tour advisor was excellent—very mannerly, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed throughout the entire tour and were always happy to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant experience!
A brilliant day - well worth the money. Our driver was brilliant, so funny and knowledgeable I just don’t know how he remembered all the facts - just incredible. The Skylon tower was great, the cruise on the Falls was amazing. Highly recommend this tour.
Overall adventure was phenomenal! Our driver was very informative and friendly. The stops were great. The Tower and Falls experience were better than we imagined. Definitely recommend!
Simply bad behavior / experience . We were supposed to be on tour 8-8 from our hotel in Toronto at 8am. At 7:54am the guide (who was very excited) calls to ask where we get off, I say 2 minutes since I am in the toilet. We hurried down the stairs, but outside the hotel there was neither a car nor a guide. I therefore call the guide at 7:58, she says in a very excited voice if we could find a taxi or an over to another hotel. I couldn't just see any taxi or über. Then she said very angry that my money was wasted and I can't get it back. I really regret not checking out TripAdvisor on Trustpilot before booking our trip. You get so bad a review on trustpilot.. if I wanted you get 0 stars
This was a fantastic tour of Niagara Falls on the Canada side! Our bus picked up downtown and our amazing guide Micko (from Malta) filled us with his wealth of knowledge about not only the Falls but about Toronto and Canada in general! The Falls were absolutely captivating and the views from Canada are far superior to those from the U.S.side. We stopped for 3 photo ops, tried a flight of maple syrup and chocolate and had about 3 hours to spend in Niagara Falls. We also got the boat ride combo ticket and that was fascinating and exhilarating! You WILL get wet! All in all it was a great trip, best way to see, learn labour and experience the falls, Lall thanks to MICKO!!! P.S. we didn’t care much for the Vegasy, Wisconsin Dellsy carnival feel of the city.
Micko was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoyed the facts he provided on our trip to Niagara Falls! I would highly recommend Micko for this day tour from Toronto.
Thank you very much. I'm pleased you had a great day with Micko in Niagara Falls
Fabulous day with a fantastic and informative tour guide. We all had a great day and the tour bus was very comfortable
Thats great that you had a great day and the tour bus was also comfortable. Thank you!
Excellent service from Viator and all the explanations about the visit to the waterfalls. We also hired you for a bike tour in Montreal that we liked a lot.
Thank you for the 5 star review!
