Instructions about where to meet were not clear. There was a kiosk for small group tours in the lobby (We're a small group) and that's where we thought we would be. Instead, the desk was hidden away on the side and we didn't realize we were in the wrong place until 10-15 minutes past the rendezvous time. The tour is strenuous in that it is long and there is no where along the route to sit. Visitors should be advised that it could be hard for some people
This was a wonderful experience! We had 8 people. 5 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant with our group & our tour guide was top notch with taking us places and making sure we had plenty of time to experience the falls.
Great .. We had a wonderful experience on our Niagara Falls tour! 🌊 The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire trip was enjoyable from start to finish. The tour was well organized, the itinerary was great, and we had plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beautiful scenery and take memorable photos. A fabulous experience to get up close to the Falls! If the Falls are on your bucket list, this is a must!
Great walking tour including behind the falls and boat. The guides are friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Our guide Santiago was excellent. I would recommend the website indicate how much walking there is because some older people were struggling, but Santiago made sure they had enough time to recoup.
It was a great tour and our family enjoyed it. Candance was an excellent tour guide. She informative and fun.
The tour guide was very sweet and informative. We were only spending one day at the falls and had a lot planned. The tour was supposed to be over at 3:30pm but we were just getting to the cruise line at that time. We waited about an hour before having to leave since we had another tour at 5pm. Lost out on $200 dollars since we missed the cruise. Would not book with them again since I could of timed it out better.
Fun. Exciting. Loved it. Learned if you want to be COMPLETLY soaked, sit first row left side or first 4 rows left side.
It was a great experience and our tour guide, Katherine was amazing! Wear sneakers because it’s lots of walking.
Our tour guide Catherine was great! She gave us some great history of the falls and some great recommendations for food and fun. The falls were amazing and we definitely got the full experience!
