Niagara Falls Tour: Boat Cruise, Journey Behind Falls and Skylon

Description
Once inside the Skylon Tower you will ascend 520 ft. in a glass elevator to the observation deck where you will be treated to an incredible, birds-eye view of all three Niagara Falls (Bridal Veil Falls, Horseshoe Falls, and the American Falls), as well as the Niagara River and surrounding area. You will have descend 125 ft (approx. 40m) to explore cave-like tunnels behind the Falls at Journey Behind the Falls. This experience is a treat for the senses as you’ll be able to not only hear the falls but feel them as well. Then take the Niagara City Cruises boat cruise for an up-close look at the falls (seasonal: May to December), at which point your tour will come to a close and you and your guide will part ways. On your cruise, you will sail around the Niagara gorge and get as close as possible to the Falls. In winter and spring months, the cruise is replaced with Niagara Takes Flight.

Amazing tour with beautiful views!
The whole trip was worthwhile for the Behind the Falls tour, what an extraordinary natural place, the force of nature on full display. You can get close to the falls without getting drenched, whereas the boat tour was like standing under a power shower for 10 minutes, you could see very little and difficult to impossible to take photos. Yes you could feel the raw power, so still worth it. Going on an August weekend meant very bad traffic and lots of people, queues for everything and would not have been worth it without the Behind the Falls tour. Avoid that time and you will likely have a better experience. The website had no information on a return time, the bus drive said 8.30pm, actually returned at 9.15pm. Consider an early morning start instead. Probably wouldn’t have booked this one if I’d known how late it was going to be. The poor mini bus driver did the round trip 3 times that day, well done TJ. We did a detour through Hamilton, which was fairly travel sick inducing. Great tour guide, funny, chatty, knowledgeable, what was his name, Ryan, Brandon? Really helped contribute to the day.
It's a wonderful tour, the only thing that should be mentioned, i knew it was a walking tour but it would have been nice to know it's quite a walking tour, we put on around 6 miles, a little heads up to know what is all involved
Be prepared to hustle during the walking parts of the tour. This company has the act of doing tours down to a science. We were given a little extra time during each event because of the massive amount of tourists at every stop.
The tour was great. Our tour guide Julie was amazing, very helpful. She was willing to assist with any questions we had; she seemed very knowledgeable. We feel she went above and beyond to make our tour the best it could be.
The tour guide was very informative, kind and helpful.
Paraminder was knowledgeable did a great job getting us through the lines. She was very patient with our group.
There is a lot of walking outdoors so consider your health, stamina & invest in proper footwear. Stay hydrated, too. Our tour guide, Ami, was wonderful. His height made it easy to locate in crowds. He imparted knowledge of every aspect of our walking tour in an enjoyable way & welcomed questions. Highly recommend Ami!
The tours met our expectations. We really enjoyed the boat ride to the falls which were breathtaking.
This trip and itinerary were perfect. We had an amazing time. Our tour guide Rozina was very pleasant and informative. She I had the most bubbly personality.
