Henry drove my wife and me from the Seward Cruise Terminal to Anchorage Airport. The SUV was well maintained and Henry was very friendly and personable. He made the transit enjoyable.

I booked a month ago a private transportation for July 31st Viator charged my credit card on July 28th and on July 30th the serviced cancelled the trip in a port cruise port with limited options. VERY BAD!!!!!!!!!! And now have to wait for a reimbursement with no penalties for the service provider and I have to wait 3 to 7 days for my money back when you caused the problem. This is abuse!

I paid almost $800 for private transport from Seward AK to Anchorage AK. The company was Carmel Limo. No where on the ticket does it say we cannot stop..We stop for bathroom, two take a couple pictures and ask our driver to stop at a wildlife conservation area near Anchorage. The dispatcher then called and said it was not allowed and that we would have to add additional tip to the driver to settle up. So instead of an $80 tip we had to do $120. This is poor service for the price we paid! I use Viator alot when we travel and must say this is disappointing and will rethink before using again .

We were on an Alaskan cruise that ported in Seward and we needed reliable, comfortable transportation to catch our flight in Anchorage. The communication was excellent throughout the process. The company answered our questions at the original booking time, just prior to our pickup day, and the day of. Kevin was our driver, and he showed up exactly on time, was easy to find, and very pleasant! We made it to the airport with time to spare!

Driver was excellent-3 hour trip. He suggested a location to stop and get a coffee. He was extremely interesting in his stories from Alaska...Very professional and very well aware driver....could not ask for anything better!!! I wish I could give him more stars!

I purchased the private ride well over a month ago. I have email confirmations and text confirmations. 2 days before the trip, someone called to confirm party size and amount of bags. I was also given the dispatchers phone number. On the morning of our departure, I called the dispatcher to ask where we needed to meet him only to be told that they were overbooked and didn’t have a car for us. I was told that they allegedly called me the day before to let me know, but I have no messages from them. Only multiple text confirmations of pickup time. We had to scramble last minute to find alternate transportation and almost missed our flight. The final dispatcher I spoke with was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Would definitely not recommend.
