Excellent tour w excellent guide Michael and driver Tony. Very well organized. Would have lived a bit less time in Bampton Village and arrive earlier at Highclerc castle to have more time to eat a quick bite and longer inside castle. Rather rushed.
Phil did an excellent job. Met us on time at Heathrow and had a nice conversation on the way to our hotel. Would definitely use again.

The driver , transportation, and customer service were great. Our only problem was the information and directions given for the meeting point. We traveled with friends who arrived in terminal 2, and we arrived at terminal 3 at the same time. The meetup point on the instructions and map, said terminal 3, when actually it was terminal 2. Both our friends and ourselves spent a lot of time & walking going from terminal to terminal. We called the main number, but I don’t think they realized we were in terminal 3 according to directions, while the driver was in terminal 2. After a bit of wandering and a couple phone calls for help, we met our driver. The rest of the experience was wonderful. The driver Philip was very kind and patient as we guided our friends to our location.
We were forced to accept a 4 hour advance pickup for the airport. Arriving at the airport not a thing was open and we had to wait 1 1/2 hours before we could even begin to check in. and before security was staffed.
Prompt pick up, somewhat difficult to find the driver as he was off to the right side. Steady competent driving. Van smelled heavily of stale cigarettes smoke.
Driver was very professional, polite and friendly. He was also a very good driver. The car was very clean. He made tbe usual unpleasant experience a pleasure
