Pickup Locations & Times
Please re-confirm your pickup timing 48 hours prior through our web-portal. Passengers need to be checked out and waiting by the concierge desk in their hotel lobby at the beginning of their pickup time. Please be aware that your driver will wait for 10-15 minutes before departing, at this point the transfer will be declared a no show. When picking up from private addresses your driver will ring the buzzer or a contact number whichever is required.

- Children: All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey and must be requested in advance. Please note that the above may not be available in all areas at all times. Should a car seat not be available on the date of service, infants can still travel as per UK laws.
- Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

Stress free process from booking to actual pickup at the hotel. Driver was courteous , arrived early and so we got to the airport with time to spare!
Again, a professional, courteous driver on our drive to LHA. Traffic was a bit heavier in some spots and he clearly knew his way around via some side streets. Seemed he got to the highway leading to the airport much quicker than anticipated. As with each of our drivers (LHA to Southampton, Southampton cruise terminal to London hotel, hotel to airport), I give each driver a two thumbs up for how well they handle themselves. No way would I try to drive myself!
It all ran smoothly. Driver was on time, took care of our bags, drove safely, was very cordial......
First, this is a sub contractor/agent operating on behalf of Viator. On our departure the provider sent a car that could not accommodate 2 large and 2 carry bags on as requested. Then, they would not provide a refund because their agent did not want to. I had to pay an additional 100BP for alternate service Horrible experience, I donot recommend as they have proven to not providing reputable service
Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We actually sent a vehicle able to accommodate 2 pieces of luggage and 2 carry ons however you don't seem to remember that you actually had extra luggage and you were traveling with 3 pieces of luggage and 2 carry ons. This incident could have been avoided if you would have communicated this when making the booking or when exchanging messages with our staff. Viator did not refunded your transfer because the picture clearly shows that you had excess luggage for the service.
The app didn't show my pickup location and time to expect my driver. I was able to call an agent and give him the information on location and time, and he sent me a confirmation email. It all worked out good in the end. Except for this small issue, I am giving a positive review
The driver was on time, very courteous, helped with our bags & ensured that everyone was comfortable and provided conversation on our way to the airport. Viator provides excellent service.
Our driver arrived early and the trip to the airport was uneventful. He made sure that we knew where we needed to be inside the airport. An excellent beginning to long day of travel.
I gave this a 4 star instead of 5 because of the issue with the pickup time - it's hard to find. The only place is when you verify the pickup, next to the date. I didn't notice this, but emailed and they never answered. I went through all my emails from Viatour and it is not on them either. So be aware. Thought a simple answer would have been nice. The driver was SUPERB. Ahmed gave us a tour as we drove to the airport pointing out landmarks and telling us info. He insisted on handling our luggage and was very helpful at airport. We were dropped right in front of the door. Thank you Ahmed, you were excellent.
