Over the past several years I have traveled with friends. I have always trusted Viator for transfers and excursions and never been disappointed. I can recommend Viator to anyone planning their next trip.
Don't use it on our trip from our hotel to the sea port they sent a car even though I called several times from January when I ordered it until a month before departure and told them there was 3 adults and 6 pieces of luggage 🧳. We didn't have time to wait for another car and they didn't offer it. We all got jammed in the back seat of a sedan my niece had to hold a suitcase on her lap for the one and a half hour drive and got a bruise on her leg they put suitcases in the trunk which is all that would fit 3 on the front seat and the other on her lap. I requested a refund for the terrible drive and was informed they wouldn't do that not any of a refund. I'm sure this review won't make it on their page because these companies only use the good ones ut this was awful.
Our driver Carlos arrived 15 minutes early because he knew about street closures due to the London marathon. That was clutch.
