Great surfing experience
We had the best instructor Fred, and we totally loved it. We were surfing for the first time and Fred explained everything to us. We were able to stand on the board and ride all the way to the beach 😀

Description
Find out why Stand Up Paddle boarding (SUP) is one of the fastest growing water sports in this 2 hour experience. We will pick you up from central Byron Bay and transfer you to our fabulous SUP locations, Brunswick River or Lennox Head. The tour will include all equipment, expert instruction and transfers. Experience the thrill of walking on water while being surrounded by nature, you will even have the chance to spot incredible marine life such as turtles. Best paddleboarding in Byron!
Had an amazing time paddleboarding yesterday, waters were calm so could go at our own pace. Our instructor Dan gave loads of great info about the area and its history, alongside giving lots of tips of what else to check out while we're in Byron. Also I had dislocated my shoulder a month earlier, which I made them fully aware of, and they were extremely accommodating; even gave tips on how to ease the strain on my bad shoulder. Recommend this SUP to anyone visiting Byron Bay!

Awesome first SUP experience
Dylan ran a great SUP lesson and was super patient and encouraging. We were very lucky to spot a pod of dolphins and several fish. I can’t recommend Let’s Go Surfing Byron Bay enough - they’re awesome!

Read your emails!!!
After booking, I received an email confirmation which did not state a time for the activity (which was referred to as a ‘lesson’, which is NOT what I booked!), I sent a reply which was not replied to, forcing me to find the shop and get a response. On the day of the activity, my husband and myself had picked up a debilitating bug which forced us to cancel. Another email was sent advising him of this, which he obviously didn’t read again as we received a very stroppy phone call asking us where we were!

Paddle boarding
I ended up being the only person for the lesson so I had a private session. The lesson was good and we even saw a turtle! I would definitely go again.

Great and very friendly instructor! Pickoff and drop off from Byron so super easy and comfortable! Fun lesson and tour in the lake and the beach! Beautiful location! Definitely recommended!

Great SUP experience with Katie
Katie was excellent, a really outstanding coach and guide. She went out of her way to help my septuagenarian mother navigate a surfboard. An all round good egg!

Such a good way to see the estuary and try out paddle boarding for the first time. We went as a group on a private tour and loved every bit of it. Our guides Ricky and Krystal were super friendly and very accommodating for our experience level. The home-made hommus and bread was the perfect way to end the tour. Definitely recommend this as part of Byron getaway.
