MAGICAL!!!!!!!
I signed up for the tour very spontaneously (1h before the start) and everything worked out smoothly!!!
The 4 guides (all 4 were on the water with us) were very nice, sooooo funny, and extremely well-informed about the sea and the animals and plants living in it...I felt 100% safe at every moment!!!!!
After a short, easy-to-understand "how to paddle in a kayak" instruction, we went through the surf into the water with the support of the guides....we all made it on the first try!!!!!
No sign of life on the water's surface escapes the eyes of the guides....that's how we were able to see dolphins, a turtle, and several whales, it was incredible!!!!!!!!
I am so grateful!.....Thank you all for this magical moment 🙏❤️

It was fantastic to have you out on the water with us, and we are so glad you felt safe and supported from the moment you arrived. Seeing dolphins, a turtle and several whales all in one tour is pretty special — what an incredible day to be out on the water!

Was a hreat experience....
Was a great experience.
Did see dolphins but unfort i had to head back after a hour or so due to motion sickness, i never get it but had inner ear issue so i should have taken pills prior. What was amazing is the guides allowed me to swap kayaks and one paddle me back in. Not my finest mo but was great fun still.
Operator response

We're so pleased you still had a great experience and were lucky enough to see dolphins! We're sorry to hear the motion sickness got the better of you, but we're glad our guides could help get you back to shore comfortably. They always do their best to make sure everyone feels safe and looked after. Hope the inner ear clears up 🐬

Operator response
We're sorry your tour had to be cancelled due to ocean conditions.
All of our tours are subject to ocean conditions, and when we cancel a tour for safety reasons, guests are entitled to either reschedule or receive a full refund. If you booked directly with us we would process that refund ourselves. As your booking was made through a third-party booking platform rather than directly with us, the refund must be processed by the company that accepted your payment.
We have never withheld a refund for a tour we have cancelled. If you contact your booking provider, they will be able to process your full refund.

Incredible
The cost of this trip is well worth it. We spent an hour and a half on the water with multiple guides who really knew what they were doing, we got to see so many dolphins. I was nervous going in to it because I was by myself and although I have kayaked before, never in the ocean with the waves but the guys who work there make sure you are paired up with someone and did a safety briefing before and made sure everyone was safe and felt comfortable going out! It was honestly such a cool experience and I can’t wait to go back during whale season. The guides who take you out were a lot of fun!
Operator response
Thank you we are so happy you experienced the awesomeness of The Bay. We really look forward to seeing you over whale season, it really is something else! I will pass on your kind words to the guides

Just OK
The guys were nice and helpful initially, explained everything well. I felt safe most of the time.
One of the guides went off to surf the waves a couple of times. I felt that was a bit us safe. They seemed a bit bored. Threw a few Timtams at us at the end and disappeared . Did not even say goodbye. Bit dissapointing really.
Operator response
We’re glad to hear you found the team clear and helpful.
That said, we’re genuinely sorry the experience didn’t meet expectations overall.
Your comments will be addressed directly with the team.
Thanks for paddling with us and taking the time to share your feedback.

Great trip, really nice instructors
Relaxing, fun beautiful trip with friendly and knowledgable instructors - we didn’t actually see any dolphins so we get to come back for free anytime- it didn’t actually matter as we had a lovely time anyway, well worth a couple of hours of your Byron morning- I strongly recommend!
Operator response

We look forward to welcoming you back with our wildlife guarantee, and hopefully next time our resident dolphins will make an appearance 🐬 Thanks again for the recommendation, and we hope to paddle with you again soon!

Lovely experience seeing dolphins!
This was an amazing experience. As a solo traveller, I was paired with a guide who knew a lot about the area and was lovely to kayak with. We had a leisurely paddle, saw dolphins playing and even a turtle. I also had the luxury of going to surf a wave with the guide. In the process we had dolphins surfing the wave mere metres from us. A truly incredible experience. Topped off with Tim tams on the beach at the end of

It’s great that you enjoyed your paddle, encountered dolphins and a turtle, and even got to share a wave. It was a pretty special tour that day. Tim Tams on the beach are always the perfect finish, and thanks for paddling with us.
