You’ll enjoy a downhill walk with your guide into the ruins of the Roman capital. Your route takes you past the Bouleuterion, Temple of Domitian, Hercules Gate, Temple of Hadrian, The Celsus Library, and The Great Theater. We would like to introduce you to the local cultural aspects of Ephesus by showing handmade Carpets and rug Art done. through traditional weaving in the Teaching Village and you’ll enjoy many Ephesus Ceramics as well.
After you’ve been welcomed your guide will take you to the House of the Virgin Mary on the top of the beautiful Solmissos Mountains. It is believed Mary spent her last living days.
Then, you’ll be driven to The Temple of Artemis (Diana). The temple was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. On the way back to port, upbeat fashion showcasing high-quality Leather products made in Turkey.

We had the pleasure ofToro as our guide. He was absolutely amazing!!! Very thorough in his descriptions. So funny. Took his time explaining and answered all our questions. We had a delicious lunch and a tutorial in rug making. He gets 10 stars. Completely recommend.

Guide was great. Lunch was great shop was good didn’t care for the leather fashion show. Carpet making demonstration was cool but didn’t want to see a rug presentation for buying. Would have preferred a tour without the trying to constantly sell you things.

Tugrul was a great tour guide! He had extensive knowledge of the entire area and told us all about everything we saw in depth.
