We began our tour with Marco. He informed us that if we were looking forward to waiting in lines, we were sure to be disappointed on our tour. Sure enough, he was right! We were remiss that we got to skip every line instead of waiting in them like we had planned to do. Afterwards, he gave us a very comprehensive tour of the forum and colosseum that made learning about the history of the place feel more like entertainment than a boring day at school.
