I never was picked up from airport. Called and very poor customer service. I had to find private transportation
This is definitely not the level of service we aim to offer, and we’d like to investigate what happened with your airport pickup. Could you please share your booking code or the name the reservation was made under? This will help us review the details in our system and follow up accordingly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we appreciate the chance to look into it further. —Impulse Travel Team

My driver was friendly and knowledgeable did the neighborhood . She gave us tips on safety and was fun to practice Spanish with .She was on time waiting outside the airport with a sign with my name on it .

Pick up was fine but not as "nice" as I would have wanted for what I paid for. An uber pickup or taxi would have been an easier and cheaper option. The driver made us walk past a parking lot, then across the street and into an unmarked car. With bags it was a bit odd and a seemingly unsafe experience when you land in a foreign country. I thought it would have a company logo or something. Also there was another man helping us who seemingly came out of nowhere and then asked us to tip him. I didn't like that. While we got to our destination safely, and the driver was helpful I don't think i'd use this service again.
He was on time and waited. Waited patiently for over an hour since line. Very professional and nice guy. Carlos was amazing
Timely, quick and efficient. They had our name on a sign. Friendly driver who spoke English.Clear large car.
